Had a confirmation and everything, but it turns out, you can send out a canned (shop has recommended reaching out to a restoration shop in the area to inquire about doing this.) message, cancel your appointment, and leave you holding the bag. And the cold shoulder I got trying to get a confirmation about the cancellation was such a slap in the face Safelite will lie straight to your face and leave you holding an empty box with the words confirmed printed on it
