    I am so glad to have this here in Placerville as the pollen is unreal. The staff are always friendly. But, today, Hayden was working the sprayer as you enter and he went above and beyond. Most of the time I get a quick spritz on my windshield, as I approached, he was already spraying the grill and bumper of my car and all the while giving me the instructions of pull forward stop, etc., but then he hit the windshield really good and my favorite part was that he got my back windshield before I went through and also gave it a good spray. I drive an SUV that traps a lot of dust and dirt on that back windshield because it’s not very slanted and no one has done that for me before and it makes a huge difference and I just had to compliment his thoroughness.

    Great experience at Quick Quack! Owen was very friendly and helpful from start to finish, welcoming us at the entrance, guiding us onto the tracks, and refilling towels right away. Much better experience than at the Folsom location 🙂

    Ryan was excellent, he came by and ensured everything with my wash had been up to par and encouraged membership. I already have membership but it was nice to see someone go above and beyond. The wash itself is nice and I like the self service section to vacuum out the dust and debris from the inside of my vehicle, my only critique is that sometimes the wash doesn’t blast away all the gunk on the outside of my car and I need to go through a second time. Thank you quick quack I’ll be back.

    Signed up for a monthly membership for our new car. First wash was HORRIBLE. Called Customer Care to cancel the membership. I was told that I needed to go back in person to the car wash to get a refund for my first month’s membership. Apparently, giving a refund is in their terms and conditions that they do not do that. I highly recommend you go down to the Folsom quick quack car wash that’s by Costco. This one here in Placerville absolutely stinks. Also, as I complained about this experience to a teller at WFB, she 100% agreed that the Placerville Quick Quack is terrible. She drives to Folsom.

    Went to car wash on Sunday with a dirty car, came out the otherside with a broken windshield in a new car purchased in Nov 2025. Filled a incident claim with Quick Quack. They text me that they were denying my claim because nothing was malfunctioning in the wash at the time. Rediculous when I clearly went in the wash with a solid window and exited with a massive crack down the middle. Further, could have called and left a message but instead I received a text denying the claim. Really poor customer service. No responsibility for their services, no offer to fix the window, didn't even offer to waive the monthly fees. Pretty shameful way to work with your customers. Wonderful response below, is that why I've been asking for a copy of my incident, the denial letter, relevant photos/videos and the appeal process and still you have failed to provide them? I've asked no less than 4 times now! If a denial is complete then all of these should be reasonable requests unless your just avoiding following up on this matter.
