Additionally, the billing was inconsistent—one charge reflected a certain rate, while several individual daily charges were applied in between a larger lump sum, which was confusing and concerning. That said, I do want to highlight one positive part of my experience. The employee in the Placerville location, Hunter was extremely helpful during the return process. He was efficient, friendly, and had a genuinely positive attitude, which made a noticeable difference. Out of all the Enterprise employees I’ve interacted with, he truly stands out as someone who is attentive and committed to providing great customer service.
