This store has the worst customer service ever. I asked for tie rod ends and all i was told was they didn't have any. I could clearly see on their screen that the parts i needed where at their hub store. When I pointed that out to the clerk he said oh I figured that you wouldn't wa t to wait. I had said nothing like. Also if you dont bring in the old part that you wish to replace 9 times out of 10 they will give you the wrong one. The several times its happened to me i have received no apology. They have no consideration for other people's time they just want to get you out of the store ASAP. If they weren't the closest to my house and open late I would never come back

So this is the third time something has happened like this, but my truck was stranded with a damaged rortor, I checked online, they had the part, i called and confirmed, and sent someone 1 hour to pick it up, the store was shown a snapshot of the part and part number off of their website, and they still managed to retrieve the wrong part. After getting the wrong part, I called again, therr was no apology, and again they said they had the part in stock. And to come swap it. I sent my friend back down for another hour drive, she gets there, and even though their system says they have it in stock, they don't... So obviously they never even checked...disgusting customer service, i will now be doing all my business at O'reilly's. If you're thinking of having your wife help you get parts from Autozone, DONT do that to her, they'll be rude to her and she'll come back with the wrong part!
