  This company absolutely sucks, dont use them for anything. All they care about is taking your money. They also like to play victim when they have done wrong. Got cussed out from the lady who answers calls and they are simply grimy individuals. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

  Our truck was on a different company’s tow truck. That truck was involved in an accident. A/C towing then towed that truck with ours on back of it to their yard. The customer service was horrible when I called to try and get them to release our truck to the original tow company who had been set up by Onstar. They would not release our truck to the company or to us without us providing proof of ownership. They were rude to us on the phone, especially the owner, Leah. I have never had this type of situation and they made it even worse. My husband then drove the 200 miles to their yard with all the proof they asked for, our truck was filthy inside. They had no respect to ensure our truck was treated as a brand new vehicle should be. They then further charged us a tow and storage fee of greater than 1200.00 and they charged a 2nd tow and storage fee to the first company who were excellent, kind and respectful. How is that even ok to charge both of us when my truck was on the other company tow truck. I would never recommend A/C towing to anyone! They are crooks and very unkind.

  Huge shoutout to AC Towing for coming to our rescue today after one of our truck’s airbags blew on Cameron Park Drive. What could’ve been a really stressful situation turned into the best-case scenario thanks to their quick response and professionalism. John was an absolute pro!!! He handled everything with care and made sure the truck was loaded and unloaded without any damage, which was a huge concern for us. He even took the time to share helpful tips along the way (although I’m not sure why since we’ll never let anyone else tow her again!) We’re so grateful for the outstanding service and peace of mind. If you ever need a tow, AC Towing is the one to call!
