  Last year there was an woman and a man I came with my grandpa and we ask them something and they said they would get it but they didn’t they just sat their and they didn’t give good service either and we not kind so we just left because I felt like they were just discriminating us because we are Mexicans

  My experience at AutoZone Auto Parts was very negative. I went to purchase a battery, and—in a completely unacceptable manner—they attempted to charge me an installation fee even though the service was not actually being performed. I consider this type of practice to be deceptive and unethical, as it involves attempting to charge for something that is not being provided. I would like to clarify that the new employee was not at fault, as he consulted on the situation before proceeding. However, the more experienced employee was the one who instructed him to charge me in that manner, claiming it was the only way to do so. This reflects a lack of judgment and transparency in how charges are handled. This type of behavior severely undermines customer trust and leaves much to be desired regarding the business's honesty. I recommend that future customers carefully review their charges before paying, and I urge the establishment to correct these practices to avoid situations that could be perceived as abusive. Mi experiencia en AutoZone Auto Parts fue muy negativa. Fui a comprar una batería y, de manera totalmente inaceptable, intentaron cobrarme un cargo por instalación cuando dicho servicio ni siquiera estaba siendo realizado. Considero que este tipo de práctica es engañosa y poco ética, ya que se pretende cobrar por algo que no se está ofreciendo. Quiero aclarar que el empleado nuevo no tuvo la culpa, ya que él consultó la situación antes de proceder. Sin embargo, la persona con más experiencia fue quien le indicó que debía cobrarme de esa manera, alegando que era la única forma de hacerlo. Esto refleja una falta de criterio y de transparencia en la forma en que se manejan los cobros. Este tipo de comportamiento afecta gravemente la confianza del cliente y deja mucho que desear sobre la honestidad del negocio. Recomiendo a futuros clientes revisar cuidadosamente sus cargos antes de pagar, y al establecimiento, corregir estas prácticas para evitar situaciones que pueden percibirse como abusivas
