Always reliable, friendly, and skilled. We are so lucky to have such a great option to take our cars to in Pinole!

Excellent experience here for my first time, they renewed my faith in privately owned auto shops! They not only fixed my FJ Cruiser super quickly, but saved me a ton of money AND caught a pretty major issue caused by the previous mechanic at the dealership before it could do more harm. I will be bringing both of my cars here from now on!

I can’t recommend Letcher Bros highly enough. Not only did they charge significantly less than the BMW dealership (obviously) or any other shop I checked with, they scheduled my appointment for within a couple business days and did the work while I waited. Excellent price and excellent service.

Mechanical work seems to be fine, but someone was not very careful with my added trim on my door and smashed it while closing the door causing a great deal of trouble in fixing it to reattach.

Took our Ford Escape in for an AC service. The first thing I noticed is how clean the waiting area was. The lady that greeted me was very courteous and friendly. She explained exactly what would they would do and how long it would take. Then asked if I needed a shuttle ride home.(that’s right they have a shuttle service) I was completely happy with the service and the price was reasonable. I will definitely be going to Letcher Bros. for any work needed on my families vehicles.
