  Mechanical work seems to be fine, but someone was not very careful with my added trim on my door and smashed it while closing the door causing a great deal of trouble in fixing it to reattach.

  Took our Ford Escape in for an AC service. The first thing I noticed is how clean the waiting area was. The lady that greeted me was very courteous and friendly. She explained exactly what would they would do and how long it would take. Then asked if I needed a shuttle ride home.(that’s right they have a shuttle service) I was completely happy with the service and the price was reasonable. I will definitely be going to Letcher Bros. for any work needed on my families vehicles.

  Hi, I’ve been taking my 2010 Audi TT to Letcher Bros. in Pinole for years, and I can confidently say they are one of the best automotive repair shops I’ve ever worked with. They’ve handled everything from routine preventive maintenance to complex repairs, including a challenging oil leak, water pump, thermostat, coolant fan, serpentine belt, and fuel filter transmission service. Every repair has been completed professionally, thoroughly, and correctly the first time. Finding a shop that truly understands Audis and other import vehicles isn’t easy, but Letcher Bros. has consistently demonstrated their expertise. What sets them apart even more is their transparency and fairness. Imports can be very expensive when it comes to maintenance and Letcher Bros is as fair as it gets. They take the time to explain what needs to be done, why it needs to be done, and they never make you feel pressured. That level of honesty and communication is rare in the automotive industry. A special thank you to Jeanette, who has been my primary point of contact over the years. She is an absolute professional and is the heart of the customer experience at Letcher Bros. She’s organized, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cares about every customer who walks through the door.
