This is the worst car wash location I’ve ever used. I have had my car damaged or put in stressful situations here multiple times, and I kept giving them another chance thinking it couldn’t possibly be that bad—but unfortunately, it is.
On one visit, my windshield was cracked, and while they did replace it, that should never have happened in the first place. Another time, my trunk was dented and I had to get it fixed. A few times, the track near the exit violently pushed my car up and down like it was on hydraulics, which was extremely unsettling.
Today was the final straw. They loaded three cars very close together, with mine being the last. Suddenly, the brushes moved out of the way and I could see that the car in front of me was completely stopped. My car came very close to hitting it. I was sitting there stressed, wondering if my car was going to be damaged again or if I was even going to be able to exit safely.
The staff were not helpful or friendly at all. Instead of offering assistance or explaining what happened. There was no concern, no apology, and no sense of customer service.
I will never use this car wash again. I cannot believe I gave it as many chances as I did. I strongly recommend avoiding this location unless you are willing to risk damage to your vehicle.
