  OTR driver here, the security guy is way ahead of being rude. It is weird that everybody complains about him yet he still disturbs truckers. Management should take customer reviews seriously.

  I paid for parking at the register, and I told the cashier that I was bobtail. Nobody told me that I had to park in a specific bobtail area, and there is no marked bobtail parking area here either. When I arrived, there were already bobtail trucks parked throughout the area, so there was no indication that bobtails were required to park somewhere else. I parked in the marked truck parking area. I did not take up the entire area; I even left enough space for another bobtail truck. My parking receipt was clearly visible in my window, but your employee came and woke me up by aggressively banging on my truck. He told me to move my truck to a bobtail parking area, but the area he wanted me to move to is actually a car parking area, not a marked truck parking area. If there are specific parking rules, they should be explained at the register before accepting payment, or there should be a clearly visible sign showing where bobtail trucks are required to park. I paid for my parking, and I will park where I’m allowed to park. Please train your employees to handle situations professionally and respectfully.

  This truck stop have clean restrooms the only problem is the parking and night security guard

  Small place, only paid parking (25$-30$), No Pilot facilities besides fuel They do have them they just dont honor Pilot rewards for showers, parking, etc. They just use the name to get you in the door and hope you spend money before you figure it out. Unless you're desperate, Pass.
