  Superb customer service, I have all my cars serviced as just tires for years. For some reason I've been fortunate to work wirh the same rep (Jeff city Perris).

  My wife and I scheduled two oil change appointments—one for our 2014 BMW 335i and another for our 2016 Porsche Macan S. After arriving, the service advisor told us they could not perform oil changes on either vehicle because they don’t have engine oil dipsticks. He inspected both vehicles and said it was company policy not to service vehicles without dipsticks. This experience was frustrating for two reasons. First, the online appointment system requires you to enter your vehicle’s year, make, and model before confirming an appointment. If these vehicles can’t be serviced, why allow the appointments to be scheduled in the first place? Second, I’ve had the oil changed on my BMW multiple times at other Just Tires locations in Orange County without any issues. That makes this policy seem inconsistent, or it raises the question of whether this location simply isn’t trained to service newer vehicles. Many modern cars no longer have traditional oil dipsticks, so refusing to perform a routine oil change because of that seems outdated and inconvenient. We wasted our time driving to the appointment only to be turned away. I hope Just Tires either updates its scheduling system to prevent appointments it won’t honor or ensures all locations are properly trained and equipped to service today’s vehicles. Update: As of August 6, 2026, I had the oil change completed on my wife's 2016 Porsche Macan S at a different Just Tires location in Garden Grove without any issues. During the service, the technicians identified a damaged axle and were able to replace it the same day. Given that this location was able to perform both the oil change and axle replacement successfully, I am confused as to why the Just Tires location in Perris stated that they could not service our vehicles and cited "company policy" as the reason. Based on today's experience, it appears the issue may have been related to training or location-specific expertise rather than company policy. I've attached a photo of the vehicle being serviced on the lift for reference.

  This place is awesome took care of my tire needs on the 4th of July!!!Very good prices on tires including balancing, alignment with a warranty and was quick with it

  Let's just say I wouldn't go anywhere else in town after the way Jeff and his team treated me... I had a sidewall tire blow out while driving down the highway and these gentlemen went above and beyond to help me with a stressful situation. They took the time to get me helpful options that got me back on the road safely. If you have an issue or need maintenance, don't waste your time dealing with shady shops with negative attitudes. This place will have your back and smile while doing it. They not only changed the tire, they provided me options for a brand new set, installed them and let me charge my phone all while they were supposed to be closing up shop.
