- JVJulio Valdez6 days ago1.0If you want to make a reservation a month in advance and show up for pick without any cars available on the lot make sure you do business with these guys. Happy to take your money without any regard to your arrangements. Two times this has happen. Your probably better off with any other possible business
- CSCharles SmithOct 8, 20265.0Anna took care of us for an insurance claim rental. Very supportive and communicative throughout the rental process, even when we needed an extension since our vehicle was still in the shop. Very attentive and was able to get in and out very quickly with appointment.
- MMMichael McfaddenOct 8, 20265.0I had a great experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car during my rental this past weekend. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and hassle-free. The staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive, making sure everything went smoothly with my rental, (The ladies were awesome). The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and ready to go, which made my weekend that much more enjoyable. I especially appreciated the professionalism, efficiency, and overall quality of service. It's always a pleasure dealing with a company that values its customers and makes the rental process easy and convenient. Overall, Enterprise exceeded my expectations, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable rental car company. I would definitely rent from Enterprise again and look forward to doing business with them in the future. Keep up the excellent work!

- VPVictor PierzSep 24, 20261.0They let you make a reservation over the phone, then cancel it the day of. They will strand you, Enterprise is untrustworthy. It happened twice. Never use Enterprise! It’s so scary!
