  Went today around 630pm on 08/08/26 to buy coolant n the young lady tried to help me n when she screamed across to the older lady at the register about it, she yelled back, if it doesn't say on there, LET HER PIC WHICH EVER ONE SHE WANTS!! SOOOO UNPROFESSIONAL N RUDE! Will never go here again, id rather go to O'Reilly!!!!

  Great Customer Service, manager and staff are very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, helping out lots of customers and taking good care of what they need. Will definitely come back to shop for parts. 🚗

  I had a great experience at AutoZone! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted right away, which made me feel welcome from the start. The store was clean, well-organized, and easy to shop in. Gabriel helped me throughout my visit and provided outstanding customer service. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to make sure I found exactly what I needed

  Bought sunshade from Autozone in May. By July it was broken from basic use. It began cutting up my car and my hands from its sharp broken metal parts sticking out. I go in July to return the broken item. They give me half of what I payed for it for store credit. My proof of purchase was the card I used and a bank statement showing when and where I bought it and for how much. I ask to keep the broken item. They refuse to let me keep the broken item. They give me store credit and they said they would just refund the extra of what I payed originally. I get the same item, because they said I would keep store credit and they would cover the cost of the replacement. She takes my store credit for the same item that broke. I believed from what they said that I was going to keep the store credit and the replacement. They denied having said that. Now I have the replacement for an item that didnt last two months. I wanted the store credit and to keep the broken item atleast. They are gonna throw it away anyways. He refused. I wanted to keep the store credit and the replacement. He refused. He threatened to give me the broken item back and keep the store credit. He then took the item I just payed for away from me as if to withhold the very item I just payed for. I had to reach over the desk and take it from his hand to leave, because he wouldn’t give it to me. Finally, I ASKED FOR THE RECEIPT FOR THE REPLACEMENT ITEM, AND HE REFUSED TO GIVE ME A RECEIPT. He had the receipt for the item in his hand, and threw it away in front of me. The lowest level of customer service I have come across in a long time. Autozone is no longer a place I will shop at. I advise you to do the same.
