He did not show me how to use it in my car he demonstrated it on an old device in his shop which did not show me how to use it in my car He is a young man that can't admit he made a mistake so I have had the device for 6 days and I am still waiting on paperwork. He is rude unprofessional and I want to use a different location to get the service done and if the paperwork does not come in tomorrow I want a full refund from the service center as well as your company. So I can get somebody a device that is easier to use and has their shit together
