This place is horrible! Overbooking rentals and charging higher prices for vehicles that are not in the same rental prices. The store manager Aron is even worse where he made us wait for more than 30 mins in the scorching hot sun because they can’t own up to the mistake they made and gave us a beat up car that was filthy dirty not vacuumed, smelled bad and he also charged us more than what we paid for in the original contract! These people in the store don’t deserve good credit or reviews because none of them cared to apologize or even own up. Never renting from this location again or enterprise.

Horrible place, they take the reservation, but they cannont hold the reservation. You show up, and they do not have a car for you, despite having a reservation. They intentionally overbook. They overbooked the Paso, Atascadero, and SLO locations. How's that possible.

I reserved a car over a week early and they called me an hour before I was scheduled to pick it up and told me they didn’t have the truck I needed

Great customer service at Enterprise! We rented a convertible for my daughter's wedding as the getaway car. Matt REALLY went out his way to make sure we had a convertible for their special day. Thanks again Matt for your help making Jamie & Sam's wedding day perfect! Highly recommended!
