Staff requires offsite parking of personal vehicles, on to Union road and provides no liability if vehicles are hit or burgled. Staff is not knowledgeable of insurance or vehicle operations.

We have rented at least 10 rentals from this location and have had minor hiccups along the way. We had an unexpected death in our family and needed to rent a vehicle to go down south. I was able to book online to reserve the car. I got a call the day of pick up that there were no cars available and I was being put on a waitlist. I was able to turn around and go online and still reserve a same day rental from this location. But yet I received a call that there are no cars available? You drive by and there are plenty of cars on the lot. That is terrible service.
All I have to say is wow, after all of the money we have spent with enterprise and at this location we are extremely dissapointed. Especially at such a crucial time. It left us having to quickly make other arrangements last minute. We will reconsider giving our business to this enterprise in the future.

Picked up the car with 30 miles till empty. The car shook going down the road. We ended up turning around since the car was struggling to get up the hills of monterey and the check engine was flashing at us half of the drive. This is a horribly run location.

Total laziness and lack of communication from the staff at this location.
We had a car all booked and ready for a Saturday morning. We had the confirmation email from Paso Enterprise and all was well. However, we suddenly received a rushed random phone call Friday evening from an employee. She told us, "uh, we don't have a car for you. There are no more cars in Paso at all."
We were confused by the fact we could still log on to their site and see that a ton of cars were still available. Additionally, there was no follow up email rejecting our reservation. We returned the phone call to customer service, who said it was simply cancelled because our credit card on file had expired. Fine. We updated the details to a current card, and were told we'd have a car in the morning.
After arriving in Paso Robles, we were told there was no car for us. What the hell? Why did the customer service person say the rental was good to go, when it was not?
After asking Paso Robles airport staff employees if this happens often, they told us YES. Enterprise Rent-a-Car in Paso is too lazy to physically drop a vehicle off at the airport on weekend mornings, though it is listed as a service offered. So instead of doing it, they make up a reason to cancel your reservation. It would be nice if they would just come out and say they don't do it, instead of stringing customers along and cancel last minute due to hungover employees who can't be troubled to drop a car off 10 minutes away. Sorry to ask you to do you job, bro.
Thanks for nothing!

I made my reservations two months in advance for my week long vacation. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, they did not have it (nor did they have a compatible vehicle to offer). We had to drive from Paso Robles to Fresno (2 hours away) to pick up a vehicle at a higher price than our original reserved price. I have rented from Enterprise multiple times in the last two years. I will no longer rent from this location
