  I don't usually write reviews, but after showing up 3 separate times, I figured these guys earned one. Huge shoutout to Arsalan and Cade for somehow putting up with me on multiple visits and still being awesome every single time. They answered every question, never made me feel rushed, and made the whole process way easier than I expected. At this point, I was starting to think they were just taking turns seeing who could help me better. Also, thank you to Mike for walking me through the financial side of everything. He took the time to explain my options, gave honest insight, and made the numbers a lot less intimidating. Great customer service, knowledgeable people, and somehow they made spending money hurt a little less. If you're coming here, ask for Arsalan, Cade, or Mike, you'll be in good hands. Also the AC is so nice, 5 stars for that alone.

  I had THE BEST experience . Love the VW family. The biggest and most important shout out to Ray . I came in with my mom 30 min to closing after an exhausting search. Ray was so quick, showed us exactly what we were looking for and within 2 hours I had my new dream car!! He is the best, if you are ever needing anything Ray is the GOAT. Thank you Ray and VW!!!!

  I appreciate the exceptional service I consistently receive at the Pasadena location. While I have visited three other branches—West Covina, Cerritos, and Downtown Los Angeles—I find that their customer service standards do not meet the same level of excellence, occasionally exhibiting impolite interactions. The Pasadena team consistently exceeds expectations by providing complimentary services such as car washes and detailed video explanations of completed vehicle maintenance.Furthermore, they will facilitate a 10-mile one-way transport service to your residence.
