Purchased my CPO ID4 there & will only use their service department. Gino & Mike we're top notch in sales. No BS. Ron is the best to deal with in service. Never had any issues getting what needs to be done. I feel that he's honest & that goes a really long way when dealing with service. He's always made sure everything was handled properly.

According to my VW app I was informed I had a complimentary maintenance available. I made the appointment online and I even spoke with someone prior to driving 1.5 hours to this place (because they closed down the Palmdale VW for some reason). When I get to the dealership they tell me I don't have any complimentary maintenance available and according to their records I've already used them up. I told him I just purchased my car (via CarMax) in May of this year and that I spoke to someone prior to driving the long distance and wasn't told this. He said I'd have to pay the $245 fee. I did not budget for this service. Waste of time. Conflicting info. Not happy with this 1st experience.

I don't usually write reviews, but after showing up 3 separate times, I figured these guys earned one. Huge shoutout to Arsalan and Cade for somehow putting up with me on multiple visits and still being awesome every single time. They answered every question, never made me feel rushed, and made the whole process way easier than I expected. At this point, I was starting to think they were just taking turns seeing who could help me better. Also, thank you to Mike for walking me through the financial side of everything. He took the time to explain my options, gave honest insight, and made the numbers a lot less intimidating. Great customer service, knowledgeable people, and somehow they made spending money hurt a little less. If you're coming here, ask for Arsalan, Cade, or Mike, you'll be in good hands. Also the AC is so nice, 5 stars for that alone.

I had THE BEST experience . Love the VW family. The biggest and most important shout out to Ray . I came in with my mom 30 min to closing after an exhausting search. Ray was so quick, showed us exactly what we were looking for and within 2 hours I had my new dream car!! He is the best, if you are ever needing anything Ray is the GOAT. Thank you Ray and VW!!!!
