Extremely long wait. Took a total of one hour from the moment I pulled into the lot. Management was definitely nice about it and acknowledged the team is short staffed, however I’ve seen the same number of staff in the past and service must quicker. I’ll have to think twice about coming back.

I came in today for an oil change and some other maintenance services, and Sandie and Jacky (hope I spelled their names correctly!) took great care of me! They were both incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. Especially with how intense the heat has been lately, I really appreciate how hard they worked and the excellent service they provided. Such a great experience! I’ll definitely be coming back to this location. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Always quick and efficient service when I visit, and they never try to upsell or exaggerate what I need. They’ll even tell me when something is almost ready for service but not yet. Ever since I came here the first time, I don’t even bother going anywhere else for servicing my car. I’ve had several different mechanics and every single one has been great. No complaints!

5 stars for a team that gets you in, taken care of, and back on the road! 🚗💨 Huge shoutout to Alex, the manager, who was super helpful, friendly, and made the whole experience easy. The entire team was diligent, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. They worked together to get everything done quickly without making me feel rushed or like I was just another car in the lineup. The customer service was exceptional—friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Honestly, I came in for car service and left feeling like my car had just had a little spa day. 😂🚗✨ Thank you, Alex and the whole Valvoline crew in Pasadena! You guys were awesome. Fast service + great people = a very happy customer! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
