  Excellent customer service. Full transparency and great communication during the service. FAST. And they always made sure to get my approval before any changes were made. Absolute 5/5. And Alex the GM was a great conversationalist. Felt like hanging with an old friend while getting work done. Side note they have WiFi. I was able to get some work done on my laptop from my car. That was helpful.

  Always have a great experience here! The staff is super friendly, helpful, and always keeps me informed about what they’re doing every step of the way. I really appreciate how they prioritize safety and make helpful maintenance recommendations without being pushy. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for quick, reliable service!

  Avoid this location at all costs — a bunch of amateurs. When I arrived, there was only one car being serviced, and that's the bay I pulled up to and waited behind. Two other vehicles then pulled into the remaining service spots. Instead of being brought in like me, they were told to stay outside and pop their hoods — exactly what I was doing. I watched them get helped: their VINs were scanned, something was added under the hood, and their lights were checked. Meanwhile, I sat in my car the entire time, completely ignored. Eventually someone came over and asked why I was there, then scanned my VIN. They asked me to reset my oil sensor before the service was even done. Nobody checked my lights. I told them four separate times which three services I needed, and they still asked me six times what I was there for. At that point I just stopped answering. Most of the staff were standing around doing nothing, barely interacting with customers. What should have been a 20-minute visit turned into 45 minutes — with only one car ahead of me when I arrived. On top of that, one of the employees didn't even know how to remove my cabin air filter. This has been the final straw for me with Valvoline as a whole — their service has been declining for a while, and this location may have sealed the deal. Amateurs who clearly don't know what they're doing. Do not recommend. Stay away.

  I used to love this place. The staff are so friendly and the service is efficient. But the morning after my last visit, I found that my back tire was flat because the valve stem has been torn, and the battery was completely dead. Got it towed to two different mechanics who both confirmed that the battery had reached the end of its life (as opposed to temporarily drained by leaving something on overnight). I’ll give the Valvoline folks the benefit of the doubt that they didn’t mess up my battery… but they definitely should’ve seen that the battery was dying when they did their routine multi-point inspection. And they definitely broke the valve stem of my tire (must have been yanked when the air hose was still attached). This experience ruined two whole days for me and cost $300 in parts and labor. And I can’t trust the Valvoline folks anymore. So sad and disappointing.

  The coolant symbol on my car was flashing like crazy on our way home. Since it was a Saturday afternoon, our regular mechanic was not available and we decided to go to the local Valvoline. I was not expecting the experience to be so good. First, the technicians were friendly, professional, and efficient. I hate it when people try to sell me unnecessary products and services, but they did not do that. In fact, they even gave me some discounts. Besides the coolant refill, I also got an oil change and air filter replacement. Overall, I found their prices to be very reasonable. I'm so satisfied, I will be bringing my over in the future.
