  Huge shout out to the team at Valvoline in Pasadena. They have amazing quality customer service they’re thorough not only were they thorough. They ask questions before requesting anything additional so to not waste my time with things I might have already had done which I really appreciate they were very respectful, especially as an individual. That’s really important at all times for me the manager came and even personally introduced himself to personally check all my items on my car and that is just Service you don’t see anymore. I highly recommend coming here over any other location just due to everything quality customer service and overall care thank you guys at vavoline Pasadena on foothill for your help today.

  Thank you to the Valvoline team that changed my oil on 8/29/26. I felt so bad for the employees working in this crazy heat. Yet they still smiled, were friendly, welcoming and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I took my car to Jiffy Lube in Rancho Santa Margarita on 8/25 while I was in that area and the employee who approached me was condescending! I ended up telling him never mind because he’s rude and drove away after a 20 second encounter with the guy. I learned my lesson, GO TO VALVOLINE! I interacted with 4 different employees including the manager during this visit and each of them were pleasant unlike the 1 jerk I briefly met at Jiffy Lube.

  Madelyn and Sarah were so helpful. I came for an oil change and their check up my car revealed I needed a bunch of work- changing different fluids, oil change, a new battery, new air filter. I didn’t feel pushed to say yes about any service. Madelyn answered all of my questions. And I felt confident agreeing to the services. They did the work in 30 minutes!!!! Faster than the dealership. I will be back!!

  Alex and the crew at Pasadena VIOC, took great care of us! They give excellent service and even offered a discount when I had no coupon available. I highly recommend stopping by and getting your service done here with this awesome, friendly, and caring staff! 5 stars All Around!!!!!

  I’ve been coming to this Valvoline location in Pasadena for many years, and I’ve always had a good experience. The staff is consistently friendly, professional, and helpful, and they always get me in and out without a lot of hassle. What keeps me coming back is the consistency. They explain what they’re doing, let me know if they see anything that needs attention, and I’ve never felt pressured into buying something I didn’t need. It’s just good, straightforward service from people who know what they’re doing. After all these years, this is still my go-to place for an oil change. I appreciate the way they treat their customers and take care of my vehicles. Definitely recommend them.
