  Well, the whole experience started out on the wrong foot. I called in to check on a car salesman never called me back and gave me false information when I talked to him. I was trying to go through the Sam’s Club auto program. He told me he will check with that department and call me back never did, I later found out you didn’t have that Department and nobody knew anything about it? then when I got there, he had put his name in the computer so he split the sale with the guy that actually helped me and then when I finally bought the car I was there at 10 o’clock in the morning didn’t get out of there till 4 o’clock in the afternoon. Don’t like the way I was treated because I came in there with $7000 and also a letter from Bank Of America proving that I was already qualified for the remainder didn’t need financing yet they insisted running my credit , couldn’t help, but to feel I didn’t look trustworthy maybe because I’m a black man ? and then the finance man raised the payment after talking to the bank. I had to drive way out there I live in San bernardino. I drove to Pasadena to re-sign all the papers he tried to stiff me. I still have copies of two signed contracts that aren’t even close to the same thing Finance scam. I’m a senior citizen and I don’t appreciate that. My quality of credit has been a thing for years. I wasn’t treated in accordance to that. The only reason I dealt with you is because I wanted that car after driving all the way back out there to correct a mistake that I didn’t make. I asked for at least at the very least a gas voucher after 2 1/2 hours in traffic to no avail.

  All's good. Matt is knowledgeable, likeable salesperson. Only thing that we didn't appreciate is that we weren't given sales invoice and had to return next day to get. Said they had planned to mail. Could have Called and told us. We got home. We were Unhappy we weren't given papers or explained the procedure.

  My overall experience at Toyota Pasadena was great. From negotiating price to signing the final paperwork went smoothly. My only thing was I wish the salesperson would’ve walked me through the enfotainment settings more. At the same time I didn’t mind since we were in a hurry.

  fantastic communication prior to visiting the dealership, paperwork submittal took longer than we expected due to some misommunication however, once it was all cleared up, the team did a great job of taking care of us so we could head out with our new car. would def recommend

  The entire team at Toyota of Pasadena is exceptionally nice, especially the customer service staff in the car service department. I had the pleasure of working with Cris, who is super polite, friendly, and went completely above and beyond—five stars are truly not enough for him! John was also wonderful to work with. Overall, the maintenance service here is incredibly fast and efficient.
