  Toyota Pasadena made an offer no other dealerships could compare to. I live in Riverside and drove all the way to Pasadena for a 2026 Camry LE. I was asked to put a deposit down and was provided the pencil for the vehicle one week prior. I was in and out within an hour. Patron helped us out and he had the car washed before my arrival. Things couldn’t have gone smoother.

  Where do I begin? Purchasing a Toyota Tacoma Hybrid from Pasadena Toyota was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. To be clear, I did a lot of the front end work to make it easy for me. Step one, went to the Toyota.com website to build the truck with my preferred specs. Step two, contacted the dealer with the truck that met my build specs. Step three called Pasadena Toyota spoke to Moses, who was gracious and informative to confirm the truck was indeed on the lot with the specs. Step four, went to the dealership, spoke with Patron and Sandra (sales manager) both were friendly, helpful and gracious. Step five, worked with Paul in finance to close the deal. And also met the quiet boss man Javier (told me he just washes cars LOL) who confirmed why the energy is so good at Pasadena Toyota, it starts at the top, great, nice leader, you have all the employees reflecting that energy. Not to mention Fred in Service crawled under my truck to confirm that the Cat shield was indeed installed, and they installed my bedcover prior to my pick up which was extra and very much appreciated. I highly recommend Toyota of Pasadena, they do customer service very well.

  Came in. Saw a couple of trucks I really liked. Coco, my sales rep insisted I drive both vehicles before making a decision and was able to answer all of my questions, get me the deal that I wanted and even delivered my new truck right to my driveway. I'm an old fashioned Cash and Carry kind of guy and appreciate low pressure and good service. Toyota Pasadena treated me very well. Would definitely recommend.

  This was my first time purchasing a car and I can say that Javier and his team were amazing. I first was in contact with Miguel, who worked along side Patron. Both were phenomenal and knowledgeable in the cars I was interested in. Patron was very straightforward and helpful during my time there. Sandra was also an amazing asset on this team. When I purchase my next vehicle I’ll be sure to come back to Toyota Pasadena!

  I had an absolute fantastic experience buying my new car from Toyota Of Pasadena. From the moment I walked in, Patricia Silva was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and most importantly, ZERO PRESSURE. She took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. She even offered me Starbucks while waiting. The financing team, specially Yaneli Bernal was efficient and transparent, helping me secure a great rate without any last minute surprises. If you are looking for a new car, ask for Patricia Silva.
