  I recently purchased a Toyota Grand Highlander from this dealership, and although my experience didn’t start off as expected, it ended up being a great one. I live in Bakersfield and made the drive out after being told the Grand Highlander I was interested in was available with the features I had specifically asked about. Unfortunately, when I arrived and saw the vehicle, it wasn’t what I had expected, and I ended up leaving the dealership empty-handed and disappointed. Thankfully, Yaneli, the Sales Manager, went above and beyond to make things right. She took the time to find me another Grand Highlander that ended up being even better than the one I originally wanted. Miguel helped me throughout the remainder of the purchasing process. I’ll admit I wasn’t in the best mood after the way the day started, but he was incredibly patient, kind, and professional with me from beginning to end. I really appreciated his attitude and the way he handled the entire process. What could have easily been a negative experience turned into a very positive one. I truly appreciate Yaneli and Miguel for making things right and making sure I left happy with my new Grand Highlander. I would definitely recommend this Toyota dealership!

  they get what I need to done. The coffee machine is great, water machine too, great location, gives you uber rides for free to rest while the car is being worked on if needed. The manager really truly cares, sits down with you to listen to the individual issues with the car - cares about what the customer wants rather than what a company does. Really nice person. They all are really nice here.

  We’re are on our 3rd Toyota vehicle. We had been customers at the dealership in Glendora up until it became painfully clear that the service people couldn’t have cared less about their customers. We’ve been with Toyota of Pasadena for several years now. Chris is the 3rd service rep we’ve had with Toyota of Pasadena and by far the BEST service rep we’ve EVER had with any dealership Toyota, Ford, or Honda. He is the definition of customer service.

  I had an amazing experience purchasing my vehicle from Toyota Pasadena! This is actually my second vehicle purchase from this dealership, and both times I have been treated extremely well. Jimmy was incredibly helpful throughout the entire buying process and made everything easy and comfortable. Raul was also fantastic, he was very quick to respond to all of my questions over text and sent me a quote for the vehicle I was interested in right away. What really stood out to me was how transparent and straightforward this dealership is. I spoke with four other Toyota dealerships, including one I visited in person, and none of them were willing to simply send me a quote. Toyota Pasadena was completely upfront about the pricing, the vehicle, and exactly what I was getting with any add-ons. There were no surprises and, most importantly, I never felt pressured by the sales team. I also really appreciate how respectfully I have been treated during both of my purchases here. I never felt judged, dismissed, or discriminated against in any way, which unfortunately isn’t always the experience you get when shopping for a vehicle. I would absolutely recommend Toyota Pasadena, especially Jimmy and Raul, to anyone looking for a dealership that is responsive, transparent, respectful, and not pushy. I will definitely continue coming back!
