  The first time I went to this dealership I had a pretty good experience. The agent working with us was really helpful and she managed to get us a really good deal on the car we were looking for. But the car was supposed to be registered under my dad's name and since he wasn't in town that day we offered to put down a non-refundable deposit for them hold the car until my dad gets in town. As soon as we offered to put down the deposit the agent told us that the car has already been sold. We were really disappointed to hear that. But to my surprise, a day later I find that same car still listed on their website. So I go back to the dealership, this time a different agent helping me. But this time around they started adding additional fees for the car and when I showed them the previous deal they had offered me on the same vehicle the manager refused to match that deal. They said that they wouldn't be able to provide as much discount as they previously did and to just take what they're offering now because there's already other people looking to buy that car. While I do understand that they don't have to uphold the deal we previously agreed to, I feel like we were mislead and lied to during our first visit. For anyone looking to do business with this dealership, please be wary and know that they don't do right by their customer.

  7/2 was a long day that ended with a new car. Matt said they had the trim and color I was looking for. After 2 hours driving the car was gone. BUT he had a backup plan. After negotiating and with the speed/accuracy from Alex in financing we closed in a little over 3 hours. As anyone knows that's a win when car shopping...lol I went for the RAV4 plug-in hybrid. I'd work with this team again.

  Had the best experience from Sandra the Sales Manager looking out for a Rav4 Storm Cloud and she got it and with Thomas from sales. I appreciate them both going above and beyond with Videos and Text messages of Different Rav4’s available. Thank You both. Also Carlos from the financial side.

  Young is an excellent salesman. I came in to look at the Rav. My husband and I have purchased 3 Prius and two Ravs from Toyota of Pasadena. As the Rav was only available on a wait list he showed me the Crown Signia and I loved it. When I decided to purchase he spent all the time I needed to learn all the features.

  Shoutout to Chris Ghattas at Toyota Pasadena! We never had any luck with the service center, just problems all the time, until we found Chris! He immediately took care of our issues without any hesitation! He is very professional with the right attitude, customer centered and a problem solver! I hope to see Chris becoming the service manager soon! He’s absolutely the right person for the job! I’m pretty sure, that the service department would perform so much better having Chris as the manager!
