- CCChrisAug 20, 20261.0Forgot something (valued around $900) in the car I rented, went back two days later to pick it up. No one had rented the car since, and my item was missing. Multiple employees told me "yes" after I asked if one of their employees had my item. Then after asking the branch manager for help, he let me know that he was the one who took my keys and checked my car for lost items when I returned it and claimed he did not take it. I rented from them almost weekly, great deals and great cars, unfortunately im renting elsewhere now. Very disappointing.
