  I ended up with a nice replaced windshield and calibration. The process was definitely not as advertised. I did not get it my way!! I was not eligible for mobile service and the calibration program was offline on the day I took it in for replacement. This necessitated a second appointment. The technician did give me a free water repellant coating. The waiting room was not at all comfortable and the desk people were so loud it almost hurt. They could use some lessons in customer service. Also, watch your bill. This is the second time Safelite has double billed. Me the first time, and a fellow customer this time. B- all together.

  Overall exceptional service. From start to finish. Scheduling, rescheduling, payment etc. My service technician , David is very thorough, honest, and knowledgeable. Gave me information and time to make choices on the kind of windshield I wanted. Really happy and satisfied with his work with my windshield and with Safelite. Thank you !

  I recently used the Pasadena Safelite location to repair my windshield. They are super nice, professional and do great work. Seamless integration with my auto insurance made it all the more easy. Repairs like this are not cheap so go to the best and get your money’s worth! Thank you so much!

  Disorganized and Terrible billing practices. The OEM glass replacement was approved by my insurance. For whatever reason, this information was not documented by safelite. When I noticed this on the estimated charge, I contacted safelite and my insurance to resolve this and before the service was completed, I was issued a new receipt showing only my deductible. Despite the approval and the changes invoice, my card was charged the deductible of $500 plus the up charge for the OEM glass, totaling $674.18. I have reached out to customer service at least 7-8 times since the glass was installed on Friday and I’ve been told the local shop needs to fix this. The customer service team reached out via phone, email, teams message and district manner but no one from the shop contacted me or Adjusted the bill. How can I get a refund if they refuse to acknowledge my complaint? This is just bad customer service on the shops part. After numerous calls to the corporate line, I was finally able to reach someone in the billing department and the rep, Colleen was terrible. She not only had an awful attitude and talked over me, but she kept citing and relying on incorrect information rather than listening to me. Here are the facts: Despite the online portal saying that I was only supposed to be charged the deductible, I was charged more as is evidenced by the receipt I issued and the posted charge on my credit card. This has taken too long to resolve and I have wasted hours of my time that I will not get back on the phone with safelite’s customer service team. I would like my money refunded asap, please as you all have no rightful claim to this overcharge.

  I had a great experience at the Safelite AutoGlass location in Pasadena, CA. Kevin and Carmelo provided excellent customer service from start to finish. Even though I arrived close to closing time, they were friendly, professional, and worked efficiently to get my windshield replacement completed quickly without making me feel rushed. They took the time to answer my questions, were very polite throughout the entire process, and did an outstanding job. I especially appreciated how clean they left everything when they were finished—the window looked great, and they made sure the vehicle was spotless before returning it to me. Thank you, Kevin and Carmelo, for your hard work and excellent service. I highly recommend this Safelite location to anyone needing auto glass repairs or replacement! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
