  My experience at Rusnak Volvo Pasadena was excellent! Ibeth in Sales was very helpful in helping me find a car that checked all the boxes and also fit my price range. She was really good at listening to my concerns and criteria and finding the right car for me. From there, the process was transparent, easy, and hassle-free. They were not pushy, the vibe was great. I spent a few days doing some comparisons and checking other options but ultimately came back to Rusnak. I don’t live near the dealership so they delivered the car and paperwork to my home. Ibeth in Sales, Doug the Sales Manager, Ronnie in Finance, Joshua who delivered the car and paperwork, and did a thorough walk-through and set up, all 5 stars!

  Walked in today to check out the xc40 my lease maturity for my Audi is approaching in a few weeks. No one on the sales team offered to help when I approached a blonde woman who did not want to be bothered refused to assist me. Asked were are the new vehicles so I can look. She stated all new cars are on a different lot and that I would need to look up the stock number and provide it to them in order to be assist. If I am paying for a car at 50k I expect them to assist and ask me more questions to understand my needs. She countiued to stated the small size of the lot and this is why they request the customer to do their job and find the car they are interested in!!! I’ve shopped at Audi DTLA same lot set up and did not receive this level of service!

  After driving another brand for years, I decided to make the switch to Volvo, and I'm so glad I did. The entire team was welcoming, knowledgeable, and worked seamlessly together to make the process easy and enjoyable. The showroom has a great atmosphere, and everyone was genuinely helpful without being pushy. A wonderful experience from start to finish!

  If you want to get a great car at a great price, I encourage you to work with the team at any of the Rusnak dealerships, but in particular Rusnak Volvo. Every single person associated with this dealership distinguish themselves as professionals who are passionate about cars and care about their clients. I purchased an amazing 2021 Mercedes AMG E53 from Rusnak Volvo. There were a couple of condition issues I found concerning that were comprehensively addressed. There were no cringeworthy negotiations so common at other dealerships. I had an amount I was willing to spend over and above the trade-in value of my car, and the manager made the transaction happen for an amount acceptable to me. Even the finance manager found a way to make signing about a 1,000 documents, a pleasant and informative experience. I want to give specific shout-outs to Ibeth Arteaga for her patience and consideration, and Ronny Suarez who made the deal happen. And I want to express my deep appreciation for Allen Khatchik, Pre-Owned Manager of Rusnak Porsche who got nothing from this deal, but guided my search and the acquisition of a truly great car from start to finish.
