  Irina, Jimmy, and Johanna were an easy team to work with. Car was on site and ready for showing when I got in. I couldn't make it in for a few weeks, so they kept me updated on the progress. I never got a pushy vibe. I would buy from here again. Kinda wish I bought the warranty, since I might keep this longer than I thought...

  Everything was good up until I went to pick up the vehicle. I noticed minor scratches, some glue residue, and the battery wasn’t charged. When I brought up my concerns, the sales manager, Doug, was initially defensive and attributed the condition to the vehicle coming from a different dealer and the holiday. That response made me question whether the PDI and final inspection had been completed thoroughly. I also felt that the sales representative, Ibeth, rushed the delivery process rather than prioritizing the quality of the handoff. They did redo the detail the next day, and the vehicle looked good afterward, which I appreciated. However, the overall experience leading up to that was frustrating and disappointing.
