  Great customer service, you don't feel like you have to be in a defensive mode, they are there to help you get the car you want. Adimika was great and her energy is incredibly positive. We came in for a Volvo, we come back for the service and friend made here.

  Great experience working with Irina and the dealership. I drove down from the Bay Area, and everything was ready to go when I arrived. Pickup was super easy and I was out the door in about an hour.

  I had a fantastic experience buying my XC40 through Rusnak Volvo in Pasadena. Irina in particular was amazing to work with and has been incredibly helpful whenever I’ve had a question. This by far was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had, and I appreciated that I was treated like a human being from start to finish.

  We love the team at Rusnak Volvo! We started in an XC60 and upgrade to the XC90 and just recently to the XC90 Recharge! We couldn’t be happier with their service and professionalism, especially our sales associate Ibeth! I even referred my mom to work with her on her purchase of a new Volvo XC40. From purchases to leasing to regular car maintenance, the team at Rusnak are honest and caring!

  Had a great experience at Rusnak Volvo. Showed the lease special advertised and since they didn’t have the exact car they leases us a better one that costs a little more. Car was not ready so they sent us home and delivered it to us later in the day. Very knowledgeable and friendly team of sales people.
