  First car I got from another location had low oil only after 2 days of having it so I bring it to this location to swap out. Guy on phone said they can swap iit out but then when I get there Im treated as an inconvenience to them as if I wasnt majority inconvenienced for having to swap the cars to begin with. So what do they do....give me the biggest piece of crap they have on the lot. I paid for a full size sedan and end up in a micro machine with squeaky brakes, missing hub cap, and broken air conditioning vent. Why enterprise even has this in their fleet is beyond me. I told them Im not paying full price and they said owell theres nothing they can do. I said i will contact corporate and was scoffed at in my face and was told "go ahead". Horrible experience all around with enterprise and will never go to this location again for sure, potentially never even use enterprise at all depending on the outcome. As of now I paid $350 for this turd of a car. I Dont reccomend this location especially if you have any issues as there are a handful of other enterprises I have used in Pasadena without any issues. This place will dump whatever they don't want rather than provide good customer service and make you whole.

  We called yesterday to confirm that a car would be available. The gentleman we spoke with said he would call us back, but unfortunately, we never received a call. I followed up again today hoping to get some clarification, but the staff was not helpful at all. The lack of communication and customer service was really disappointing, especially after we made the effort to confirm everything ahead of time.

  Great experience with Enterprise I will always use them again and so far superior to the Budget rental car so I can get the best service from Enterprise and now I know Thank you Enterprise.

  I rented a car this past weekend. I scheduled a reservation ahead of time and my wait might have been 15 minutes longer to receive help but no biggie. If your service is good and the business is successful, I can understand a brief day. The cars are really nice at the Lincoln Ave location in Pasadena. The staff is very polite and professional. Should I need a rental in the future, if they are still located at the same place, that is exactly where I am heading.
