  The service provided by manga bulani and the quick response when I called were excellent, especially the employees are funny and cheerful, I would like to carry them around like that.

  Allowed online booking of nonexistent car, and there was an option for 12pm pick up which we found out was their closing time. Staff were not knowledgeable and were ill-equipped to help (seemed to lack training) though they seemed well meaning.

  I cannot speak for any other one, but I've only had good experiences at the Enterprise on Lincoln in Pasadena.

  Enterprise Pasadena on Lincoln Avenue is the best. It may not be the biggest lot may not be the nicest looking lot but the staff there are amazing Brian. Assisted me doing a horrible time of my life with my father passing away he went above and beyond to make sure I got A car that fits my family to go and see him. Weeks after when I arrive back home in Pasadena someone hit my car and I was sent back there by the collision place and again at the collision office who comes to pick me up, but Brian himself he remembered me he already set up a car for me exactly the way I liked it . I returning this car unfortunately Brian was not there, but Juan, who was swamped with a lot of people picking up and dropping off that day stay calm and cool and so polite and was so so helpful. It may have taken a long time for me to get assistance, but he finally got it going and then the gentleman that picked me up from Enterprise and took me to the collision place to pick up my car was super nice as well. I don’t know how I would be getting through these next couple of months without Enterprise of Pasadena on Lincoln it is a treasure for the community and it’s definitely a treasure for me. Thank you so much.

  I rented a car there for a short california-coast trip. The staff were very nice, helpful and the car was really in a good condition. When I wanted to extend the duration of the rental, just a phone call and everything worked. Very uncomplicated staff members, no nit-picking about foreigner driver licence, a perfect service oriented team. I can recommend this Rental location. Thumbs up.
