  Rented a tour van here and the folks were super kind, helpful, and fast. We’ve had a lot of issues in the past renting and this place made it easy—they had the exact car we reserved ready on time and made return a breeze. The same gentleman helped us both times and was professional and friendly.

  I needed my car repaired and this location on Fair Oaks and Glenarm in Pasadena were very helpful. They made it very convenient for me to get to and from the auto body shop by giving me a ride back and forth. Brian was super helpful and was able to accommodate my needs. I'd definitely recommend renting with Enterpise again and had an overall great experience.

  What an amazing car rental experience. Daniel and Monica were both amazing. I was in and out with a nice car in literally 10 min. Expert, great rates, and great follow up. Very rare for large companies to get service right but clearly Enterprise is determined. WIll def come back in the future and share with others.

  Our rental car experience in South Pasadena was absolutely wonderful and became one of the most memorable parts of our trip together as father and daughter. Even though we booked the Light plan, we were provided with a clean, well-maintained Japanese car that gave us great peace of mind. What impressed us the most was the outstanding customer service. Neither my father nor I speak much English, but the staff member who helped us never showed the slightest frustration, no matter how many times we asked him to repeat or explain something. He spoke slowly, kindly, and made sure we understood everything. It made the entire rental process completely stress-free. We ended up returning the car a little earlier than planned, and he even drove us back to our hotel. It was an incredibly thoughtful gesture, especially because it was very hot outside and we were not looking forward to walking back. That level of service meant so much to us. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the staff member who helped us. Thank you so much for your kindness and hospitality. We will always remember it.
