  I had a seriously negative experience with this Enterprise Rent-A-Car location, and I would strongly caution others before renting here. At pickup, I was told there would be a $300 deposit refunded after I returned the vehicle. When I returned the car, I confirmed this again and was told it would be refunded within 3 business days. That did not happen. The issues didn’t stop there. I was charged for an extra day without a clear explanation, and when I requested a receipt, I was told I had to physically come back into the branch to get it instead of being sent a simple email. More concerning, there were serious inconsistencies with the insurance claim they said was submitted to Wawanesa. Based on what I was told, the information provided was incorrect, and it appears the claim may not have even been properly submitted. When I tried to resolve all of this, I spoke with Denise. Instead of helping, she was dismissive and unprofessional. Rather than taking responsibility or working toward a resolution, I was told to handle it myself through my insurance company. At this point, it feels like I was given inaccurate information at multiple stages, charged incorrectly, and then brushed off when I tried to get answers. This is not just poor customer service, it shows a lack of accountability and basic operational competence. If you rent from this location, document everything, double-check every charge, and don’t rely on what you’re told verbally

  Excellent customer service—especially Denise, who was incredibly kind, respectful, and helpful. I’m very pleased with my experience and would absolutely recommend this place.

  I got cancelled on by a different company a day before I needed a full size SUV for my trip. Enterprise was super easy to book over the phone and ensured they had my vehicle available. Pick up and drop off was super fast and easy. The female employee (I forgot her name) helped me with pick up and drop off on 04/24/2026 morning and 04/26/2024 morning. She was super nice, helpful, and friendly. I recommend this business and will be using it in the future.

  Foothill boulevard location in pasadena. The car was fine. However, the delays getting it was not a great experience. Eta was 20 minutes for pick up, then after 20 minutes they said another 15 minutes, however it took about 45 mins from the request to be picked up. The driver Daniel was lovely and apologized. At the rental place the manager lady was not friendly at all plus there was no car for me so I began calling around other locations. Another person took over called Colby who was lovely throughout the process and found a car at another location which he took me to. After a 20 minute drive, the new place had sent out the car to have the tires inflated so yet another delay. Overall it took 2.5 hours to get the car. This is not acceptable. Please do not say you have a car available if you do not. If someone has a reservation a car should be ready and waiting. I suggest you follow the underpromise over deliver moto.

  I had a great experience overall. The process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and ready on time, which made everything very convenient. I also appreciated how easy the pickup and return process was. Thank you for providing reliable service—I would definitely use Enterprise again.
