  Pasadena Enterprise Car Sales was a 1000/10 experience from start to finish! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From the very first phone call to the moment we drove away in our new car, everything was absolutely amazing. And I have to give a HUGE shoutout to our salesman, Khy! He was truly incredible and made the entire experience so easy, comfortable, and enjoyable. Khy went over every bell and whistle the car had and made sure we understood everything before we left. I also had my eye on a car that was located at another Enterprise location in California, and they were able to get it to Pasadena the very next day! The entire process was incredibly fast. From the test drive, paperwork, and detailing, we were in and out in about an hour and a half, which honestly blew me away. But what really stood out was how Khy never once made us feel pressured or rushed. He wasn’t pushy in any way like you sometimes experience at traditional dealerships. He genuinely listened to what we wanted and made sure we were happy with our decision. They also made buying the car feel like an actual special moment. With my last car, we didn’t get to ring a bell or even get a bow, so I really appreciated that Enterprise made a big deal out of our purchase. They made us feel like buying a car was something worth celebrating — because it is! Khy truly went above and beyond to give us the best car-buying experience we’ve ever had. We will 100% be going back to Enterprise Pasadena and asking for Khy when we’re ready for our next vehicle. If you’re looking for a great car and an even better experience, ASK FOR KHY!   Claire Hsu is a wonderful person to work with. She's friendly, not pushy, very helpful and knowledgeable about their product. Excellent choice of cars at a Great price!! I highly recommend the Pasadena office!!

  I was in a rush to buy a used car and was able to put together a deal to buy my new vehicle in a matter of days. It took the help of one specific agent, Khy Brooks, who came in and saved the day. He showed me four car options at different price points, and fully allowed me to make an informed decision that would work with my very specific budget needs. He also stuck with me to the very last moment and got me everything I needed to make sure I could drive off the enterprise lot with my new car in drive. I would really recommend this process and Khy to anyone who needs a quick seamless deal on a used car.

  Khy Brooks was a joy to work with. I was there with my son who was buying his first car. He was looking for a good car that he could afford that also had good gas mileage. Khy helped him narrow down to four different cars he liked and he test drove all of them. Khy was never pushy or sales-y just really helpful. Once my son decided on which of the two cars he liked best, Khy helped him look at financing options and my son was able to make a final decision. He even helped to find full coverage insurance that my son could afford, and that took a while. I was really grateful for his help, his kindness and his patience too. It all felt really supportive. Khy is great! Highly recommend him.

  khy Brooks is the man you want to deal with when you walk into Enterprise to buy a car he was very patient with me as I was having a hard time trying to figure out what to do he put up with me for several days but he definitely didn't give up on me as a customer he was very thorough on business and very helpful and patient he is there to serve his customers I recommend Khy Brooks as your car salesman from this location. On September 12, 2026 I came back on some car business into Enterprise and I'm adding this to the review since I can't do two separate reviews this is on the whole another salesman by the name of Lior Havton who happens to be a very knowledgeable salesman I'm a very nice person with a sense of humor at Enterprise he help me out as well.
