  I went to the shop to ask about a specific oil brand and asked what quantity I needed. Stephanie was very helpful and asked if I needed help to check the oil in my car and I accepted. (as I got older I have less desire or knowledge for car stuff) She checked the oil and a few others things and noticed I had no coolant. which I bought together with few other items I needed. When unsure about something she called Alyia - I may misspell their names, sorry for that) for a second opinion . Overall I found their customer service excellent and helpful beyond what one would usually expect. I was spared from some possible overheating damage and related expenses, I welcomed the unexpected xtra help and was treated with kindness and honesty, and bought from the store more than I would have otherwise , so it was a win-win for everyone included. I am glad I found this store, it will be my go -to store from now on for any car related expenses!

  The staff are so kind! Got my battery replaced and it was such a pleasant experience. Nate is the GOAT! I went to another hardware store for a battery and battery replacement and they said the replacement would be too much of a headache (I have an older car and the battery is in a weird spot). I called the shop and Nate told me he could handle it. When I got there, George helped settle up and was such a kind soul. Nate was helping so many people at once I was very impressed. He managed to change my battery in 15 or so minutes and was also so kind the whole time. 10/10 recommend coming here for such a service!

  I know I said I would never do it but I decided to give this place one last chance and to be honest with you it was going great until I saw the same cashier that was so incredibly disrespectful and rude the last time I was there. I really can't say whether she lives or less than how to talk to people because I wouldn't let her help me. You guys have to understand that she was so disrespectful that I'm just not there yet. I know it's been like a year but I'm just not there yet I don't trust myself to not say something so I'd rather just keep it pushing I will update you guys should I choose to go back to the store but I will say that on this particular visit the guy that helped me was really helpful he actually even came out to my car to put my headlights in so for that I can say that it was a good visit I'm just not ready to rate them know 5 stars not even close they've got a lot of making up to do before I can trust the store again
