  My check engine light turned on on a Sunday night (terrifying) so I went to this store and did the free check engine computer diagnosis. Isaac helped me and exceeded his responsibility in helping me find the right fix, install the fix, and explained everything along the way. I was super clueless, but he helped explain everything that was happening in the engine, how to proceed, and put me at total ease! Thank you, Isaac!!

  I went in to this location yesterday evening to return a part I bought from this location that I didn’t end up needing due to it not fitting I was being helped by one grey shirt until a man named Kevin I belive is another grey shirt who just started at this location stepped in and kicked that person off the computer that was helping me and gave me a attitude stating the part I took in was never bought at this location when that is false our shop is right up the street and we do business here constantly and lately ever since new management has taken over it’s been one big shit hole with having issues of doing returns and the new commercial manager continuously sending us the wrong parts and making it such a big issue when we correct it when he kept telling me the number w used wasn’t in the system that was a complete lie cause how did I leave with my part and go over to store number 3671 and they used the same number and helped me with this return not giving me a issue as the Pasadena location this person or who ever is the new management here are shit always having a attitude w our shop n employees we are really rethinking and taking our business to orileys and leaving autozone behind

  We found ourselves with a dead battery at 8p after grabbing dinner and were panicking on what to do… I called this location to see if they were able to change a battery before closing for the night and Isaac was very friendly and confidently told me it takes no time at all. After having a friend help us jump start the car and heading over, Isaac offered to test our battery to see if it just needed to charge instead. He was understanding and so kind and so helpful to us!! He helped us choose a good electric jumper set so we could be prepared if this ever happens again. Thank you, Isaac!!! Thank you auto zone for being open until 10!
