  5/5 Stars Huge shoutout to the morning team at the Paradise Auto Zone! They were awesome! I was helped right away; no waiting around or feeling ignored. A big thanks to Thomas and Brayden, who were an absolute pleasure to work with and auto parts ninjas. They took care of what I needed immediately and never once made me feel like a burden. It’s rare to find customer service this attentive and willing to jump in and help out. Highly recommend this location!

  Austin....the new manager in Paradise, was very helpful with all of our automotive needs....even though it was only an oil change on this visit...he got all of the filters we needed and oil...nice young man to work with....to upper management....think he is a keeper!

  I have a 2024 Subaru Impreza and for the last year my key fob was starting to die making it hard to start the car and so forth. So I went to the dealership to find out how much it would cost to fix the key and I was told it would be between $800 and $1,000 per key. And I'm thinking you can't just change the battery and I kid you not the dealership said no it has to be reprogrammed. So me being dumb was like okay sure whatever. Then I found a private key fob maker that said they would do it for $400 per key which was a little bit cheaper but still a lot of money. Then a few days ago I was doing a delivery for a customer and ran into AutoZone noticed on their back wall that they said that they could fix the key fob issue didn't think much about it until today I wanted to see if it could be fixed for cheaper. Come to find out the salesman Francisco said let's YouTube it and thanks to YouTube and Francisco I fixed both of my key fobs for $14 why because you can change the battery in the key fob so to the dealerships and the private key fob makers I say suck it

  I'll go to AutoZone on one of my friends asked me to but I prefer O'Reilly's they're more professional and knowledgeable about the parts and they're willing to dig through and try and match things up just because they can't find it on the computer don't mean that they won't take the time to try to match it up
