  There were no cars available for my class of car based on my AAA Insurance rental car allowance of $45 per day. I was put into a lower class vehicle instead. After 3 weeks in a Mitsubishi Outback Sport, I was told they could give me a Genesis GV70 for $20 more per day. In the past when I have rented cars and the car I was expecting wasn't available, I was promptly given a higher class vehicle at no extra charge. I will likely need to rent a car this week but I'm not sure that Enterprise will be my first choice.

  great customer service was limited on vehicle choices but it was also a holiday weekend so I wasn't complaining. from start to return it was a smooth process. ruby and the team made everything so easy . thank you Enterprise of panorama team for all your help .

  Giving 3 stars because I went into this enterprise to rent a car due to my sister in laws car not working out for me and my family, I am from NY was visiting Los Angeles for a couple of days. My husband, his brother in law & I walked into this place and the girl at the front named Jennifer greeted us, ask for my name & asked if I wanted a standard car, I said yes she immediately said you need a credit card. I questioned why the credit card if you can pay with a debit card. She did not know if I was from there or from somewhere else. She told us to wait so we did I believe we waited half an hour because she had a client that was having difficulty choosing a van, when she called us up she asked for my ID as I was handing it to her she immediately said “um no you can’t rent a car here with an out state ID”, I told her I had a return flight ticket so she told me to go to Burbank instead to get a car rental from the airport. My husbands brother in law said he would rent the car instead and he gave his license and she immediately took it & took his debit card — right after we were told we can only rent with a credit card. After that my husbands brother in law got the keys and we inspected the car ourselves. There was damage on the exterior of the car and stains on the roof of the car and stains on the seats. We all took pictures and videos of everything in and out of the car because we know that enterprise is known for charging people for damage they haven’t done. We were also told “not to smoke in the car” but the car smelled severely of cigarettes. Anyways car was great got us from point A to point B, car needed an oil change has a warning on it for the rest of the time the vehicle was used and that was that. My sister in law had to return the car since her husband was working but we were all not sure if it was an issue if she was the one that returned the car and not him, we called several times on several different phones and it went to straight voicemail I believe we called before noon. We went anyways to return the car walked in, Jennifer was also there again at the front, asked for a name and my husband and I realized that a foreigner was renting a vehicle with no issues. From a whole different country — I do not have an issue with him being from a different country — however I do have an issue where I was told I couldn’t rent a car from there because my license was from out of state yet someone from a completely different country was able to rent a car there. We decided not to say anything directly to her as we did not want to cause any issues but the guy who helped us with drop off (whom helped us with the pick up) asked us if there was any issues. We told him our situation and what had happened when we picked up & he said “huh that’s weird I’m not sure why she would say that to you, you can rent with whatever license as long as you have one.” He was very nice and helpful I can’t remember his name I will edit when I find the business card but he is the only reason I gave 3 stars plus the car was of use.

  I went to this branch to rent a car. I was able to rent this very awesome Mazda. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Car runs very very very nice! 10/10

  I reserved a mid sized car online. When I went to pick it up, they said it is not available. They only had one small car, but it would cost more because it was their last car, and it was last minute. I left without a car.
