When we ran into a hiccup due to the loan processing after hours, he immediately volunteered to come in early (before opening) the next morning to help get us in our new car before leaving for a trip. And best of all, we love our new car!

The staff and sales people were very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. After leaving the store the staff followed up and checked in. Overall, a wonderful experience.

I got plenty of messages and calls from sales while my car was at service for resale options but no updates from service department on the status and completion. My car was not handed over to me on the same day, the worst part nobody knew where my car was. I ended up going back home in uber. Although service advisor mentioned the next morning that they had to leave the center to attend family emergency but this sounds concerning that no one else at service department took accountability of informing me the status. The 2nd concern i have is for such a premium service center they don't offer a hand wash instead they only do a machine wash and if your car is not coated then brace for spider webs. The quality of the wash was also unsatisfactory as many already mentioned
