  I would definitely recommend Enterprise Rent-A-Car the next time you need a rental car. The facility was clean and the personnel were efficient. The vehicle was clean and the process was easy. Drop off was a little busier than pick up, but the employees handled it well, nonetheless. I will be back!

  My experience with Enterprise was very poor. The Manager Dylan Tibor has a I don't give a Shit about you as a customer. We were overcharged for this small car that he considered to be a mid-size car. I wanted a bigger car and he said they were all reserved, however when i drove by the lot over the weekend they still had cars out there. Dylan was very argumentative, He is the manager, he sat in front of his staff, arguing with me, maybe to impress the staff. I have rented cars from Enterprise for over 30 years because I own a business and sometimes am a little short on vehicles when it gets busy. but he didn't care how long I have been doing business with enterprise. As a manager he had the power to upgrade me and not charge me more, however he chose not to, and remember am always renting from Enterprise. We were forced to be in this little car all weekend. He charged me $500 deposit, never had i been charged $500 deposit. The white male next to me in line was charged $279, there was no deposit. I later asked the guy in the parking lot how much was he charged and he confirmed what I heard. Maybe it was my darker skin color that got me the higher out the door price and the poor customer service from the top person there at that store. I get excellent service in the Lancaster Enterprise store. I recommend that you take your business elsewhere. the manager does an extremely poor job at customer relations or customer satisfaction and tries to justify everything he says. I will be taking up my argument with corporate.

  Never had a problem renting through enterprise ! Will always rent cars from here !

  My car was in repair at the dealership... the dealership was less than helpful. Once I got to Enterprise, both counter persons (had to go back and extend) helping me with a quick rental that ALSO met the needs of my disabled grandson.... outstanding! Thank you!
