  The experience was a TOTAL Dog and Pony Show! I reserved, booked and paid in full 2 weeks prior to the pick up date. I helped a friend move down to Palm Springs, CA.... I drive the rented moving truck down there from SF, then was to take the rental car back to SF. Well they told me that since I didn't have a confirmed return flight they couldn't take my VISA card as a "deposit for the rental car. It was the very same card I had used to book and pay for the car with! The agent at the counter was SO full of himself it wasn't even the least bit acceptable. Now I see they're charging me a $200 "Cancellation Fee"! Go figure!! I'll NEVER even LOOK at this company again!

  Love renting from Sixt. Efficient, friendly and super knowledgeable, our rental person, Scott, was amazing. Scott provided a warm welcome to Palm Springs and we will for sure rent again from Sixt.

  We rented a vehicle from Sixt for our vacation in California, and overall, we had a great experience! Finding the kiosk at the airport was a little confusing since it’s tucked around the corner, but once we found it, the process was quick and easy. Scott was our associate, and he was absolutely amazing! He brought all the good vibes and even upgraded us at no additional cost. Unfortunately, the upgrade didn’t end up working out due to some unforeseen issues, and we had to swap the vehicle. Sabrina who helped us in the parking lot was an absolute godsend and made the entire process completely seamless. She even let us wait comfortably in the car while she personally handled the vehicle swap for us. We really appreciated how kind and helpful she was during what could have been a stressful situation. Thank you again to Scott and the Sixt team for making our rental experience such a positive one!

  Scott was incredibly kind and helpful.. We really enjoyed speaking with him and he gave us helpful hints, places to see and sunscreen! The process of picking up the car was super easy. Definitely recommend and Highly recommend Scott for best customer service!

  Lady at the pick-up was super friendly, easy pick-up and got a free upgrade without hesitation as my vehicle I originally booked wasn't ready. Best rental I've ever had.
