- JJJeffRazz1May 3, 20265.0It sucks to have to replace a windshield. I set up service to have a crack patched and when the Tech arrived on sight, he was very professional and upbeat. He looked at the windshield and showed me why if could not be repaired and instead needed to be replaced. The crack was too long and also went to the edge of the windshield. BUMMER! He called in and helped get the replacement scheduled for me which was great and then he left. The next day the tech showed up and replaced the windshield and recalibrated the forward-looking camera and he was equally kind and professional and just all-around positive. I was very impressed by both of the interactions that I had with the two techs and my new windshield is installed and cleaned impeccably. While it sucks to have to get a windshield fixed OR replaced, I would whole heartedly recommend Safelight to do the job!

The office reconfigured “the deal” without the Rain Repel to be $778.08. I received a credit of only $2.15 due to the so-called “restructured deal”. I should have been given a $44.99 credit for the part I did not receive. I called the office twice - was told twice a superior person would contact me. I never heard back from anyone. Unacceptable that I was ignored. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
