  Make an appointment online because they won’t do it over the phone gave him my credit card number. My email address pick the day. The timeslot took the day off from work and nobody showed and it took me two hours to find a phone number through AI chat to finally call somebody and they said oh I never made the appointment but I instantly started getting emails from them so they exclusively say they don’t do anything over the phone just online

  Staff all very helpful. Andrew, my technician was really good. Unfortunately, the first windshield was flawed and had to be replaced - I ordered a OEM and it is very good. Installation was very professional. Repair covered by insurance with $50 deductible.

  Fast, professional service! My windshield had a 12” long crack and needed to be replaced. Thanks to Safelite, it was replaced within a week of my discovering the crack at my home! It could have been done sooner buti for my schedule. I was informed of my technician’s name and when he would arrive. My technician, Ramiro, was professional, friendly, and fast. He did a great job and I’m very pleased with the service I received. I highly recommend Safelite!

  I think Safelite is a good company. And their television ads make it appear quite simple. But in the last 6 months I had now had two experiences neither of which was terrible but certainly weren't easy. First was a star crack, and they came to the house but decided they couldn't fix it. Ultimately I traded the car. The second one I had to take to the shop. They replaced the window but could not complete the calibration they promised. I had to take it to the dealer. This complicated the insurance claim dramatically because I had already paid my deductible to Safelite. I still don't quite understand why the calibration could not be completed. So maybe this is not Safelite's problem but it has certainly made the process difficult. Next time I will take my car to the dealership directly.

  Terrible communication and customer service my wife set up a new windshield from 7-11am guy shows up at 10:55 to start mind you I’ve been up waiting for a text call any type of update about time worker has no customer service or communication skills at all amd we have a dash cam nothing was said till he showed up and now left without as I have to find adhesive to put it back up now . When you pay for it to be replaced at least don’t make it a hassle for the customer after the fact .
