Rented a jetta for a few days for a business trip. Fabian and vanessa were both beyond polite and helpful. Process was super quick and ridiculously smooth. Highly recommend this location to anyone in need of service

Kiko at this location was super helpful with getting me set up with the perfect vehicle for my needs. His kind demeanor and customer focus reflects highly on Enterprise. I'll definitely be renting from this location again!

I’m on a work assignment providing care at a local clinical in Hemet, Ca. I have rented from enterprise several times and never had a bad experience. The first car I rented needed an oil change after 3.5 weeks, so I was instructed to exchange the car. Once I arrived I was given the option of a Toyota or a Mazda. I picked the Mazda, on the way back to the hotel I thought that the car had a slight tremor, but by the time I arrived to work the next day, the tremor subsided. I returned back to the hotel after wor. The next day I was ready to go to work, but the car wouldn’t start. The guy at the front desk tried to give me a jump, but I was not able to get it to start. I called enterprise and was connected with their roadside assistance center. I spoke with Jada, she told me that uber could only transport me 50 miles, but if I needed further, I could pay the difference. This was my last day of the contract so I was not sure about arrangements to get me to the airport so I asked her if I could be transported to the airport instead and get a new vehicle there then proceed to my job as they needed me there to see patients as soon as possible. She said yes, “this would be an unattended tow.” I contacted Uber for transportation. I was transported to the airport, who was very helpful. When I arrived there I spoke with Kiko, who stated that he could not release a vehicle to me until they have possession of the other vehicle, this was just the tow, but have the car delivered to an Enterprise center. While I do understand the logic behind his statement, I pointed out to him that the young lady that is affiliated with your company should have advised me of this, because I could have had the uber trip to the clinic in Hemet instead. This left me with no other option but to rent a car for less than 8 hours for $225 (holiday pricing). The one thing I have learned is to ask the mileage on a rental car, because people are hard on a car that is not theirs. The mileage on the Mazda was over 36,000 miles. Between the tremors the first day and the no start on the second day this car should have been marked for sell before renting it to someone that could have the same misfortune as myself. While I do understand that cars breakdown all the time, your roadside assistance staff should fully understand your policies and review them with the renter. This made an unfortunate issue, a very stressful and expensive day!

Literally the worst Enterprise in America. I have been a customer for more than a decade, and I was told this location wouldn't give me the car I reserved "because of my attitude."

"Kiko" the surfer was fantastic in helping with my rental on 12/15/26. He was a great communicator and provided efficient and kind service all the way to the parking lot.
