  Hands down the worst enterprise location. Went here after my sedan car broke down. They replaced my small car with a truck for a cross country road trip. It would have been cheaper for me to fly instead of driving a truck across the country. The manager Mike and Sebastian was extremely rude and unhelpful. He tried to not allow me to move my personal belongings into my new vehicle and insisted he do it. I didn’t trust him with my belongings and wanted security present if that was the case. The whole swap out car process getting towed and a new car took over 3 hours causing a huge delay in my trip.

  Went to a couple of car rental services upon my arrival at Palm Springs Airport. Ended up at Enterprise car rental. The agent was extremely courteous and immediately found a car that fit my needs. The agent answered my questions about Twentynine Palms, which is where I was driving to. The car she recommended was very fuel efficient and only had 9100 miles on it when I rented it. It was showroom clean inside and out. My experience was a very pleasant one and I will definitely rent another car from Enterprise. Great vale and equally great service.

  I’ve always appreciated Enterprises customer service. In the past I’ve utilized the pick up service. Recently, I rented a car at the Palm Springs International Airport. Enterprise offered the best price. The process was extremely smooth. The car drove very well.

  I've used Enterprise for years and it's always been a good experience. Professional, friendly, and most of all efficient. I love efficient and Enterprise is that. The vehicles are always great and I feel safe driving them and safe knowing that Enterprise has my back with easy access, text messages, follow up and documentation.

  I had a great experience with these folks. The pickup from the airport was quick and easy. Shortly after I picked up the car I received a text from them letting me know if I had any problems that I can communicate via text. I had a weird issue withe the gas guage and they responded quickly to resolve it. I also had a change of plans and they very accommodating.
