  "Kiko" the surfer was fantastic in helping with my rental on 12/15/26. He was a great communicator and provided efficient and kind service all the way to the parking lot.

  Recently I rented a car at the Palm Spring airport location. Pickup was seemless and easy, even at 115 degree heat. Car was actually decent for drive, thought the way Chev makes a gear shift is a bit nutty and was very clean. Where things became an issue was not due to the rental. I was on a short holiday with my brother and then my dog got sick. I had to get home and glory, West jet goes on strike and cancels my flight. They gave me a return four days after my original flight and other airlines were crazy expensive. So I decided to drive the way back. That is where Robert came in and helped. First he said he would allow us to return the car back in Calgary. Then he quoted a rate and I asked if they would give us a better rate as a consideration for the issues. And they did! And it was a really serious consideration. Every aspect of the car rental was handled with courtesy and professionalism. Even when I needed an explanation for the final billing after the car was returned it was given with no attitude and explained thoroughly. Even when I was on the phone with the main company rather than the actual airport location, I was treated great and I did not have to wiat more than a minute or so. All in all, I have to thank them for not making a stressful situation more stressful. And our dog had a rough time but is still with us. Robert, his staff and location do a great job.

  The customer service at the Palm Springs airport is exceptional. Great car choices and so convenient. Highly recommend.

  Hands down the worst enterprise location. Went here after my sedan car broke down. They replaced my small car with a truck for a cross country road trip. It would have been cheaper for me to fly instead of driving a truck across the country. The manager Mike and Sebastian was extremely rude and unhelpful. He tried to not allow me to move my personal belongings into my new vehicle and insisted he do it. I didn’t trust him with my belongings and wanted security present if that was the case. The whole swap out car process getting towed and a new car took over 3 hours causing a huge delay in my trip.
