- JCJames ConnersApr 26, 20261.0I rented a one way rental to travel to my mother’s funeral. Afterwards, I returned the car and the amount increased at the drop off location. I called customer service several times and even drove to the pick up location which is approximately 25 miles in an attempt to fix the overcharge. I've talked to 7 different Enterprise employees requesting assistance and at the time of this writing, the issue hasn't been resolved. It should be noted, during my previous rental in February, the car malfunctioned and it needed to be exchanged. On this rental the car drove fine, but unfortunately the experience turned negative when I returned the vehicle and was overcharged. I am asking for the amount charged to corrected and requesting to be compensated for my time.

He was able to use his team and not only located but had my phone returned with a star delivery before my boarding. Great service for our whole trip.
- LLLisaApr 8, 20261.0The people who work here are pretty rude. We booked a rental car from another enterprise location in Palm Springs, and they were out of car seats when we picked up our car. So we had to come to this location to pick up a car seat. Overall the person working here was rude to me even though it was Enterprises fault. Also the first rental place said not to worry about the cost of the car seat since they messed up, but this location charged me for the car seat and made me feel like an inconvenience to them. Bad communication all around.
