  The Enterprise manager ROBERTO was very rude and unprofessional. Refused to take accountability for his employees’ mistakes and referred to me as “combative” due to me expressing my concerns and voicing my frustration. I proceeded to explain to him that my frustration was due to protocols not being followed correctly as well as him speaking over me rather than listening which resulted in him stating, “Oh well in that case I will not be renting to you today, good thing you’re at the airport - go somewhere else ”. He then proceeded to roll his eyes and walk away without assisting to cancel my reservation. I overheard him tell Alamo not to assist me. As a person who has rented 10+ cars this year as a gold member I am very disappointed in the lack of empathy, rudeness and blatant disrespect from management.

  Enterprise Palm Springs staff on Airport Drive was amazingly helpful and patient. Anthony and his team went out of their way to accommodate me. They answered the phone every time I called, which is a huge difference over other companies who are not available to speak with local agents. I rent cars frequently and I can say this is one of the best experiences that I have had so far. 10/10 would rent again from this office at Enterprise!

  Always a great experience at the Downtown Palm Springs, CA office. Anthony and the rest of the staff make the rental process smooth and easy. Highly recommend!
