Talk about old fashioned hospitality and customer service and a cozy place to sit down and rent your vehicle. We rented a fifteen passenger black Ford transit and it was beautiful, ran perfectly and the a c worked incredible. Love this place and will be back again soon.

I've been renting cars from Louis and the team at Aztec Rent-A-Car in Palm Springs for over seven years, and I can't say enough good things about them. Louis, along with his daughters Christine and Candace, consistently provides outstanding customer service. Every time I've needed a vehicle, it's been ready on time, clean, and exactly as promised. The entire rental process is easy, convenient, and stress-free. What really sets Aztec apart is how much they care about their customers. They always go above and beyond to help, and they treat people like family rather than just another rental transaction. In today's world, that level of personal service is rare. If you're looking for a reliable, honest, and friendly car rental company in Palm Springs, I highly recommend Aztec Rent-A-Car. After seven years of doing business with them, they've earned my trust and loyalty.

Great place to rent a car! Excellent location in downtown Palm Springs. Louis was awesome, even gave us a little history of the city on our way back to the hotel. Thanks for the convertable Mustang.
