  I have had great service here on a few times. I came in for a oil change today and they took excellent care of my car. Tire light was on because a sensor went bad and they managed to target down what tire it was. Thank you for you help and service today.

  They were going to charge me $35 to patch a tire, just to end up telling me they couldnt do it (it was definitely in a spot that was patchable). Went to another shop and they patched it for $20. Dont waste your time, or your money.

  I brought my car in here because there was a rattling coming from the engine. I was told that the sound was created by CVS shaft messing with the axel. When I return later that day to pick up the car there is now a loud grinding. I bring it back immediately and they tell me they screwed up my previous visit on the rotors for the brakes and those are messed up and they need to redo those. This is after I already paid $1400 for the initial repair. When I get it back for the third time there is a new sound. I bring it back and they say they forgot to remove a part which was causing this new sound. I get the car back and notice, the original rattle I brought the car in for is still there. When I point this out they state, "oh that was the sound you meant?". So they claimed to understand the issue I was describing, tell me I need to pay $1400 to fix it, have them cause 2 additional problems and now I am sitting here being told that the original problem I brought my car in for is something they can't fix and needs to go to the dealer...So why was I told I needed to pay $1400 to fix it and now im sitting here with nothing accomplished? If they dont rectify swiftly, I'll be going to BBB and the local news stations for investigations. It seems like they are downright lying and stealing. Update/response to owner: The owner responded to my initial review with a phone number to contact and the option to select to get on the phone with someone that can aid in resolving this issue. When i called, I chose the option the owner stated I should. I spoke with a representative who told me they would be opening an investigation if i could please hold. They put me on hold for over 30 minutes and then disconnected the call. I have now been trying to get back on the phone with them and they are not taking the call, i have been waiting for an answer for an additional 30 minutes and have been made to leave a voicemail. So not only did they mislead me in the store, they are now refusing to hear my complaints and as far as I can tell, lied about opening an investigation. As I am unable to speak with anyone from the company, I am now going to go the the local news investigators and the Better Business Bureau as this companies behavior is shady and completely unethical.

  Allen Tire Company - location is easy to find and plenty of shops and dining close by if you are waiting for your service. Great staff who were honest in their assessment of what I thought was a problem, but something they easily fixed at no cost.

  Can't say enough about this amazing shop! They were able to get my exact match of ultra high performance tires in a special-order size over the weekend. Shout out to Edward with the consistent updates from start to finish!
