  I’ve been taking my car here for just over 1 year. James is very kind, honest, and knowledgeable. They fix my car and keep me safe for reasonable prices. I can count on their ability to accurately diagnose the issue and fix it, where other mechanics have failed miserably. I will use their services from now on!

  I'm not going to share names and MV Tire employees will be referred to as CS Reps. Upon arrival, CS Rep didn't do or say anything welcoming. He preferred to not speak to me at all. Throughout the process, this CS Rep sized, priced and chose the tires he wanted to put on my car. No conversation. Without discussing my driving habits (on or off road, etc. I drive a FJ Cruiser.), tread preferences, softer/firmer tires etc. The process was very dismissive. Not impressed with the store experience. Warning! Check your receipt at the store, line by line. After receiving the car, I went home and perused the receipt. MV Tire charged me an optional $155 for "blow out" protection. In 49 years driving a car, I've had 0 blowouts that I can recall. Why would I spend $155 to warrantee a $250 tire? Dumb. I called the store and spoke to a different CS Rep. When asked if the warrantee was optional, he said, "Can be". Really? I had to return to the store to have the charge removed. Couldn't do it over the phone. All in all a pretty, pretty, pretty, average experience for an industry that has competitors on every corner. 2 Stars because the tires seem OK.

  Huge thank you to Eric and Israel for helping me out today. I was on a road trip, far from home, when I had a tire failure and found myself in a really stressful situation. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and able to get back on the road safely. They were incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely willing to help when I needed it most. Customer service like this is hard to find, and their willingness to go the extra mile made a stressful day so much easier. I can’t recommend this shop enough. Thank you again, Eric and Israel!

  Would rate zero stars if I could I scheduled an appointment within 24 hours in advance for my tire and I get there this morning and they say oh it's about 5 to 6 hour wait I said no not happening they seem super clueless and unwilling to help you at all Will never be back and I encourage people to never take their business to this dump of a place.

  Mountain View did fix my AC a few months ago which nobody else could so I am grateful for that. Tuesday I went having been promised I had an 8am appointment. The fellow at the desk asked me why I thought I needed an alignment in a very nasty voice. Yes, I should have left. I said my mechanic suggested it and he said well why didn't he do it. He doesn't do alignments. So the appointment I had had 3 people before me. I am disabled I didn't want to walk around for 3 hours but I was anxious to get it done. So waited and then got a call that they needed to fix my shocks and get new tires. I just checked my tires and they were fine but I had them go ahead because I forgot I just looked at them. I'm not a tire expert. I hope they fixed my shocks but my car isn't feeling any smoother. This shared appointment with 3 other people was devastating for my poor feet. I don't think this practice is good for business or customers. It's just plain deceitful.. I hope they aren't putting more people in danger just to make a few extra bucks. I would suggest not using the appointment line. Make sure you speak to someone at the shop.
