  I went into Mountain View Tires and I tried to explain that I had gotten a couple tires from them and that I felt my car was pulling a little bit and that I had found a tire weight in my driveway. The explanation literally only took about seven seconds before he cut me off to say, So what can I actually help you with today? with a sarcastic smile on his face. And I said, This is what you can help me with. I'm just giving a short little backstory. Mind you, there was no one in the store. He wasn't busy at all. And he proceeded to ask me what I needed help with and be super condescending and say he doesn't need a whole backstory, basically telling me to stop talking and, like, what do I need help with. And then I told him I've given a lot of money to them, and I feel like I deserve to be respected, and then he just wouldn't. And so I walked out, told him I'm no longer getting service from him, and he held up the weight and sarcastically said, Don't you want your weight for your little explanation? His name was James and I will no longer be going to Mountain View Tires which is disappointing because i've been going there for awhile. Will be going to american tires from now on. No customer deserves to be treated like that. I work in customer service and would never even think of talking to someone like that. Don't be in customer service if you can't handle it and can't be nice to people lol. and i got this picture of him from another review so clearly he is like this to many customers.

  I can’t say enough good things about James, the manager, and the entire team of technicians and mechanics at Mountain View Tires. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. James is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cares about making sure his customers are taken care of. The entire crew is just as impressive. The technicians and mechanics are skilled, thorough, and clearly take pride in the quality of their work. It’s refreshing to find a shop where you feel like you’re being treated honestly and fairly instead of just being sold something. They took the time to make sure everything was done right and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Mountain View Tires has earned my trust and my business. I highly recommend James and his entire team to anyone looking for excellent service, knowledgeable mechanics, and people who truly care about their customers. Five stars all the way!

  I’ve been coming to Mountain View Tire for years, and the service is always exceptional. James consistently provides prompt, professional service and genuinely cares about his customers. He always takes the time to answer my questions, address any concerns, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of! My mom and I have both trusted Mountain View Tire for years, and we always leave feeling well taken care of. It’s hard to find customer service like this these days.
