There phone system Sucks Option 2 should be The first choice to get to speak to someone at the (if they answer) option one you think you’re going to get a life person at the shop but you get the service center who will try to call them and when they don’t answer, they say they’ll put you on a callback list. 2. I made an appointment they could care less. Because the don’t look it up to see why you are there They ask all that info that you gave the appointment person. I brought it in for a clunking noice in the brent when you hit dip or bumps in the road. They took it for a test drive only in their parking lot lot. Said they did see anything wrong but said my shocks and struts need to be replaced. The service 2,500 about 900 over priced … but like 7 Eleven you pay for convenience. Your there the car up on the rack and you get past ALL the add on’s and with the understanding it will be done that day. Not done after 2 call by me ( and going through that stupid phone system until i option two to be connected to check on the status of your car. Did I finally get somebody at the shop) to be told they got the wrong parts and the right ones just got there but will have it done by end of day closing 6 and would call me. NO CALL… So i call and of course answer left voice mail . They called back saying it won’t be till next day by 10.. I feel i should have been call when they got the wrong parts and told it will be be later possibly next day. NOPE… So now i need my car for work by 9 the Latest.. Not trusting them i called off work losing $$.. went to get my car took off not even out parking lot made more noise then when i bought it in. Took it right back Nade the tech ride with so he can hear it. .45 minutes later The tech showed me were the noice was coming for and the new struts and Sharks made the clunking noise louder. and of course more parts and labor.Told them to put back together and let me go. The guy I should of taken it to , Got it done replaced the part and rubbed in my face( well deserved) that all of that was 1/2 the price i paid them. Plus’s they took this blanket out of my trunk that use to keep truck clean gone lost it . I asked for an oil change for my inconvenience. I was told they would take care of and give me a 20.00 coupon 😂😂😂😂😂😂 What a joke Simple customer service and up date phone call and a free oil change Now they lost me my friends and family

  I've been in to see them twice and they have been very helpful both times. Definitely my go-to for tires and tire patching

  Jim, the manager gave really good customer service but I especially wanna point out. I have a particular way I want my car handled because of medical issues I have and despite how odd the request was, he accommodated me and let me pick the person I wanted to do the job out of all of his employees. I very highly recommend this place because of how polite and understanding Jim was I got my Yokohama for an excellent price and a nice discount
