Mountain view took excellent care of me as an out of town driver with an emergency service call. They diagnosed and addressed the issue is almost no time to get me back on the road. Thank you Eric and Team!

Picked up a wire in my tire on my brand new car! Checked in with the dealership, they didn’t have anything in stock. The Goodyear Mountain View was amazing not only did they have it in stock but they were able to get it to me in under 24 hours. On the car, mounted and balanced and back on the road. Amazing service!

Went for an oil change ! I was told it would be ready at around 11 am and that the cost was 99 dollars ! Went in at 11:30 no one was there and no one was working on the car ! I was told I should replace the filter ! I said ok 1 pm I was still waiting and I was charged 260 for an oil change with no explanation for the 160 dollars extra ! The place is a rip off ! Never will go back

I have been a customer here at this Palm Desert Mall location for almost 15 years and always had good experiences with previous managers. Now they have a new manager that is a total jerk, very condescending, very belittling telling me to take a seat and wanted me to wait four hours just to see if my tire was salvageable. This company lost a customer. I will never go back there again. I will continue to patronize America’s Tires where I’ve had nothing but good experiences always no reason I went to this location was because I had a flat tire in the past and I’ve gotten a few tires from there, but I will never buy Tires from Palm Desert Goodyear ever again specially as long as this manager is there middle-age Latino man bald head with 0 ounce of friendliness in him.
