  I stopped by because I thought my car was overheating and the A/C was not working properly. Mario, Store Manager, was very helpful and easy to talk to. He quickly advised me on what service would be helpful. His team of mechanics conducted a full assessment of my vehicle and reminded me I needed to replace my brakes. I left this location with a cool vehicle, new brakes, and the cost was reasonable. Will definitely be back for future services. Oh and thank you for the sodas.

  Took an entire day to do my girlfriend's car. We actually don't mind about that in particular, we understand if they were busy, but when we got the car back her aux cord was gone. We've looked all over the car, it's not there. What the hell??

  As a young woman traveling, it can be intimidating or hopeless finding a car repair shop that won't take advantage of you. I'm so grateful I found Mountain View Tire Service. They were incredibly kind and truly cared about my safety, making sure my car was road-ready for the two-hour drive back home to LA. It’s so incredibly rare to find businesses these days that prioritize caring for people first over just making a quick buck or ripping you off. The staff here clearly prioritize an honest living over taking advantage of people. They fixed the issue so quickly and gave me such a fair deal especially after I shared the horrible experience I had at my Kia car dealer where they said they had fixed my tire but clearly didn’t. Thank you for showing me such grace and top tier, human-centered customer service - again it’s so rare to find that I had to write a review in gratitude. I highly recommend them over big chains like America's Tires nearby (not only was the Mountain View customer service outstanding, but their scheduling options were MUCH better, allowing me to get in first thing in the morning without waiting around all afternoon like the other place wanted.) I won't go anywhere else when I am back here soon! Your team and management has won a forever customer from our whole family!

  I cannot even begin to tell you how wonderful Mountain View Tire and Auto Service was. I called at 8:30 on a Sunday and within 30 minutes I was in the shop and they were repairing my flat tire. Then they would not take money from me they said there was no charge! I highly recommend this store.

  The Assistant Manager was great. I brought my car in around noon and was told about 2 hours for completion. I never got a call that the car was ready so at 3:30 I went to find that the car was still on the rack oil was drained and no mechanic. I needed a new battery but couldn’t wait around. The car was already there for four hours and I couldn’t wait any longer. Because of the lack of help they missed out on a battery sale. I left there at 4:20 with people still walking in. He still had one more car to do. As information we have been taking our cars there since opening Regards
