  I work in an industry where new construction is a constant. It is not uncommon to get screws and nails in my tires. Yes, it’s frustrating, and it can be expensive. It’s important to me that if I have an occurrence, that I can have my tires repaired and back on the road as quick as possible. There are several options when it comes to tires and tire repairs. I was in the situation where there was a screw in one of my tires. I knew that it was too close to the edge to be repaired, but I had another tire at home that was basically brand new. I called around a different stores to see who would be available and open to swapping out my bad tire with my still almost new tire. Some places refused to do something like that unless I purchased the tires from them while others became a process of setting an appointment way in advance, which made my repair situation difficult. One of my calls was to Mountain View Tires in Palm Desert, which is very close to where I live. They were responsive and were able to take me right before the store closed. I was so grateful and appreciative for them to take me on such short notice that I offered to pay in advance. They told me we can take care of all that when the job is complete, I said fine. Maybe 10 minutes later they said my car was ready, and I went up to the front desk where I believe it was the manager and I said OK how much is it. He replied to me “there is no charge.” I explained to him that they did a job and that I want to pay them especially since they accommodated me so graciously. Again he said thank you, they want to build a relationship and that when it comes time for my next set of tires that I will think of them. I told him absolutely, and I really appreciate the service they provided. When it comes to purchasing tires, we all shop price and want the best tires for the least amount of money. Many of us have forgotten what good customer service means and how much better it makes the whole purchase feel. Moving forward, Mountain View Tires will be my first call and perhaps my only. It’s amazing what one good deed could lead to. Thank you, Mountain View Tires for your good deed, we will meet again.

  I had a great experience at Mountain View Tires. Mario, the store manager, was fantastic to work with — he walked me through several options for my new set of tires without any pressure, which I really appreciated. The price ended up being very reasonable for the quality I got. Communication throughout the process was clear, and the work was finished in a timely manner. Highly recommend this shop if you're in need of tires!

  First time there for new Tires, and what can I say Mario (Store Manager) and his team took very good care of my RV. Had GREAT prices. Definitely going back next time I need tires! Great communication Same day service

  This my third time visiting these guys and they’re just amazing and every time I go here, they always bring a smile to my face and always make sure that I’m on the road and no problems are done. Thank you so much to these dudes. They’re doing great and amazing during these times in the summer. God bless them.

  My left rear tire was very low, so I brought my car in to see if it could be patched. They found a nail in the tire, removed it, and repaired it quickly and professionally. The customer service was outstanding from every person I spoke with. When I was ready to pay, they told me the repair was on the house. I truly appreciated the kind gesture. I’ll definitely be returning for any future tire needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, friendly, and excellent service.
