Thank you for the fast and friendly service. I came in on my lunch break to repair a tire. I must say, the waiting area was clean and the guy was super nice and friendly. They fix me up quickly and sent me on my way. Thanks again.
We had a terrible experience with the customer service at this tire shop. They gave us an appointment at 3 PM for a simple tire swap, but when we arrived, we were told that the wait time was 2 to 3 hours. Instead of helping us with our appointment, they tried to sell us oil change. The person who spoke to us was extremely rude and unhelpful.
This shop does a great job with tires and rims. However I have had a poor experience with them recharging my AC system. They did not go the extra mile. to make sure I was satisfied with my AC service. The manager was a little dismissive of my concerns and my problem was not solved.

I returned to Mountain View Tire & Auto Service in Palm Desert for a wheel alignment on my Honda CR-V, as I had purchased four new tires from this location approximately one month earlier.
During the visit, I was not provided with a printout or documentation showing the alignment measurements prior to the service. After being informed the vehicle was ready, I requested a report and was told they do not provide printed copies. Upon asking again, a manager instructed the associate to take a photo of the alignment screen. After several minutes, I was only shown an image of the final results, which I then asked to have sent to me.
After reviewing the image more closely at home, I noticed it appeared to reference a different vehicle (identified as a Toyota 4Runner), rather than my own. I contacted the associate to request clarification but did not receive a response. I also requested follow-up from a manager, which has not occurred.
Additionally, the vehicle continues to experience vibration at freeway speeds, with minimal improvement following the alignment.
Clear and accurate documentation—both before and after service—is a standard expectation for alignment work. This experience suggests a need for improved process consistency, documentation accuracy, and follow-up communication.
Super weird interactions overall. You pulled my car out of a handicap parking spot, remove the handicap placard from the rearview mirror, parked the car very very far away for a person with a walking disability to go find it after the service, and the handicap placard was no longer where it was hung. I had to search and bend and look for it when I am handycap. The technician told me 80% stopping power on my brakes was from the back brake/tires… complete bull. I feel like because I’m a girl, y'all never think we know what we’re talking about. How are you going to print out a quote for me and leave off the psi of the tires, actual amount of tread left on the tires, and front and rear brake pad measurements. It was all left ___/32. And when I asked for actual measurements. He kinda guessed and just recommend new rear breaks without printed explanation. Also no veteran discount? Feels like every time I come into this specific location I am let down and reminded to try a different location or a different mechanic altogether. My grandpa used to use you for everything and swore by you so I used you too. You’ve lost a customer today forever a whole family of us.
