  Walked in trying to rent a car she asked if I had a reservation or dropped off. I said I wanted to rent a car and she said nothing available didn't bother asking if she can look somewhere else or even look to see if anyone was returning. Took my business back to Bloomington

  Unfortunately, my experience at this location was disappointing because of how the manager handled my reservation. I arrived at 11 AM for my scheduled reservation and was told by the manager that I could return later because more vehicles would be available. I followed his recommendation and came back later that day. What bothered me most was that after I returned and spent time trying to move forward with my rental, I was eventually told by the same manager that there were no cars available for me. I understand that vehicle availability can change, but I had a reservation, arrived on time, and followed the manager’s instructions. If there was no longer a vehicle available for me when I returned, I should have been told immediately. My biggest issue was not that inventory changed, but the lack of communication and consideration from the manager after I had specifically followed his direction.

  Made a reservation online and they called and said they had no cars available at all. So when I booked the reservation online and it gave me a confirmation number that wasn’t confirming that I was getting a rental car? The guy was not apologetic or sincere in his words. His name was Andy and he was extremely rude and short with me. I don’t recommend this rental company, go down to Hertz at the Marriott. They’re very friendly and they have plenty of cars to rent out. Avoid this place.

  We made a reservation and got there to get our car. They told us they didnt have any cars. Then they said to come back at 2pm. Then I got a text message that said to come at 6:01pm but they close at 6pm. The 2 people - 1 girl and 1 guy - at the counter, they altered condescending and rude to us and others while we were there. Then when I dropped the car off, they had told me not to worry about the gas, but they charged me $38 for gas. I was BEYOND pissed at this time. They lied to us just about everything and we're just nasty attitudes. I will NEVER choose enterprise again.

  enterprise in palm desert is a total circus. They don't have the vehicles anyone reserved. They are waiting for a tow truck to come unlock a vehicle they locked the keys in. It’s a total mess been here 45 minutes and still not in a vehicle with no eta. I would not recommend this place at all.
