  Miguel Lopez took great care of me, even when I had trouble driving the car assigned and even though the office had just closed when I realized the car I picked was not a good match for me. I am so grateful to him! It was a stressful day with my own car breaking down and needing to be towed. I just wanted to get home safely to my family 1.5 hours away and needed a car I could rely on until mine was fixed. These days it feels rare to get great customer service, and I am so appreciative of Miguel at Enterprise Palm Desert. He went above and beyond. I would definitely rent from you all again! Thank you! : ) PS: The branch manager Long Chau (and the gentleman working with him at the desk) was also very helpful and friendly when I returned the car! : )

  Everyone was super helpful. They even sent a pickup car for me to get to my rental as my car was in the shop. Awesome service. Thanks for the professionalism.

  I only use Enterprise for my rental needs and I only use Varner Rd, Palm Desert location. I have been using their rental services for years. Great service and excellent in person service from their manager on 5/13/26 with my latest return. I highly recommend this specific location for anyone needing a rental vehicle. Caroline
