I have taken my car to Mountain View at Camarillo for over two years and never had any disappointments. But since I moved to Oxnard, I scheduled an appointment at the Mountain View Oxnard location and it took over 2-hours for a simple oil change. No excuses or reason for having to wait 2 hours. I made an appointment for 10:30am and left at 12:45pm. I left my car and it took them 45 minutes to move my car to a lift that was already open when I arrived at 10:30am. then it took over an hour to do the service. If they can't do a oil change within a reasonable amount of time, I am not sure what I can trust them to do. They never told me they were busy or that I should expect a longer than usual time to service my car.

I was fine with the service. The problem was there was a lack of communication with the customer when the job took longer than planned. It was just a little over 6 hours to install power steering hoses plus the inspection, and leaving my tires off for the remainder of the time, which was unnecessary to me. Put the tires back on after the inspection is done, to save much time needed to finish the job in a timely manner. I like talking my vehicle there, but if that's how they do business, I will seek it somewhere else, because I didn't like sitting there without knowing what's going on, and that will NEVER happen that way again! Thank you.

My husband and I love this place! They call whenever there’s an update with our cars and they give clear prices over the phone after diagnostic. We’ll keep coming back!
