  I just want to thank Joe and Vanessa, when I got to Autozone, I was assisted by Vanessa who was extremely helpful on helping me locate some brake pads and Rotors for my car. She had advised me that they have a deal going on for rotors and brake pads which I couldn’t pass up on that deal, Joe then helped me out and replacing my brake pads and rotors as I didn’t have the right tools to do so. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience here, thank you so much Joe and Vanessa. Which i could give you more than a 5 star review

  Robert at AutoZone was extremely helpful with our family's battery issue. He helped us select the correct battery, installed it for us, and even checked the alternator and charging system to make sure everything was working properly. He provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to help us. Thank you, Robert, for the great service!

  My Mother had purchased a new pair of window wipers a couple of months ago for her Nissan Sentra, the rubber Strip on the right side had come off the blade. Oscar (I believe is the manager), and Robert came outside to assist us and replaced the windshield wipers. Both gentlemen had great customer service skills, very professional. So kudos to Auto Zone on Ventura Rd. In Oxnard.

  This is the first time I’ve ever locked my keys in my car, and it makes a little more sense when you know I drive a 1998 Lincoln Continental — I’m just not used to older cars yet. I stopped at the AutoZone off Ventura Road in Oxnard to grab a new clip-on rearview mirror (my old one looked like it went through a house fire). As always, the team helped me instantly and super friendly. I have total confidence in this location. After getting the mirror, I ran across the street for a drink, came back, left my keys on the passenger seat, locked the doors out of habit, and headed into Dollar Tree for the rest of my errands. When I came back to drop off a few items I bought, I realized my dumb mistake — keys locked inside, windows up, no spare. Thank goodness I was right next to AutoZone. I walked in, explained the situation, and asked if they had a slim jim. After struggling for a while (and burning my hands), I went back inside defeated. I asked if any of the guys had experience getting into locked cars. Most of them looked at each other, then one employee (I believe his name is Joe — sorry if I got it wrong!) said with enthusiasm something like, “It’s not every day you get to legally try to break into someone’s car — I’m down!” That humor was exactly what I needed in a stressful moment. I told him not to worry about damaging the car — it’s old and I got it for free — just do his best. The slim jim wasn’t working, so Joe went and grabbed a better tool (an airbag wedge and a strong reach tool). He carefully pumped the door open enough to get the tool in and popped the lock. Huge relief! I don’t make a lot of money and I have debts, but when someone goes above and beyond like that, you have to show real appreciation. Joe and the whole team at this AutoZone always treat me with respect and help whenever I need it. Shoutout to Joe for jumping in with skill and a great attitude, and shoutout to the entire crew at the Ventura Road AutoZone in Oxnard. You guys rock!
