This is actually the second car I’ve brought here for repairs. I first came here about two years ago when I needed the bumper replaced on my car, and I had such a good experience with the quality of their work that I knew I wanted to come back when my husband’s car needed repairs. Robert was our service advisor both times, and Miguel and Peter worked on the repairs this time. Everyone did an amazing job from start to finish. Robert was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. He was always available to answer any questions I had and made everything easy and stress-free. He even went out of his way to help me get information from my car when I needed them before the repairs were finished. I also really appreciated the link they provided that allowed us to track the progress of the car and stay updated throughout the repair. Miguel and Peter did an excellent job and truly went above and beyond. The finished repairs looked great, and they even took care of smaller chipped paint and imperfections that I wasn’t expecting to be fixed. I especially appreciated their honesty and attention to detail. They noticed a small crack in the windshield and ended up replacing the windshield for us rather than overlooking it. The car came back looking amazing, and we haven’t had any issues with the repairs. After having such a positive experience with two different cars now, I can confidently say I trust the work they do. They’re honest, thorough, and really take care of their customers and their vehicles. I’m very happy I decided to come back and would absolutely recommend them!

My new Cadillac was less than 3 months old when it got scraped in a parking lot. Alexander Collision got it fixed back as good as new, in less than a week, and less than 1/3 the price I was expecting. Updated after another excellent repair. My garage door hit my front grill a few times and damaged it. Once I knew I wouldn't let that happen again, I took it in for that repair. Perfect job, faster than they told me, and a little less than the quote I got before they started work. The parts were (as expected) most of the cost, their labor charges were more than reasonable.
