  Came in to look at a new potential vehicle as my lease is up soon. Plugged in my car, and walked up to wait for the next available person. I was there about 5 min, and their charger charged me $50 which is about $45 more than normal. I asked the receptionist to speak to the person that sets the price about the seemingly outrageous price and their manager at first said it was Chargepoint's fault. I pointed out that I'd already spoken to Chargepoint and was told the dealer sets pricing, at which point the receptionist told me their manager intentionally set the price that high and wouldn't speak to me face to face. I pointed out they'd lost a customer with this practice, since the screen on the unit doesn't state price prior to charging and the manager was dishonestly blaming Chargepoint when the dealer sets the price. Imagine being willing to blow a car sale in favor of a one time gotcha electric charging fee 10x normal. Steer clear of this place. I attached the screenshot of my charging receipt: 6 min of charging for $51.51. I wouldn't trust this dealer while making a deal on a car with this dishonesty. EDIT: Katie is the manager who sets the prices at Alexander. Next door is Alexander Hyundai. My second choice to look at wood have been a Hyundai Ionic, but I'll never bother with this ownership group again. You sell electric vehicles, Katie. Both at the GM/Caddy dealership and the Hyundai. PERIOD. Making 45 bucks on a charge fee instead of thousands on an actual sale is bad business. DCH Honda across the street gave me a free full charge upon hearing what you did and now I'm off to look at Hyundai Ioniqs elsewhere. I'd have a little bit of respect for you if you had just came out and told me that yes, you do price it 10x more than send the receptionist to dismiss me.
