Very unprofessional staff. Seems to be very understaffed. When checking out the guy cashier was so busy talking to everyone didn't even acknowledge me for the fist few minutes he just keep looking my way. Very rude.

I will be giving Pilot in Orland Calif a big ZERO and here is why...I stopped at their station in Orland on my way home on July 5th from Sacramento. Used my debit card and filled my tank, the full amount was 50.00. Today July 6th I pulled up my account on line and see my 50.00 charge and below it was a charge for 226.00 also from Pilot. I called two different places to try and speak to a manager or someone in charge...sorry we have no one here that is a manager, but it is probably a DEPOSIT..my reply FOR WHAT??? Then I was told a new manager will be there on his first day on July 7th, call back...I am thinking the last manager probably tried to get away with my 226.00 and other's and hopefully got fired!! By the way the machine did not give me a receipt for my gas either... My bank has reported this incident as fraud and I had to order a new card and I will never get gas at a Pilot station again, and I will tell my family and friends not to go to any Pilot stations either.

I use this truck stop fairly regularly since I drive through Orland every working day. A while back the lost their minds and forced all the customers to use self checkout. At that point I don't have stopped purchasing things in the store. I still bought hundreds of gallons of diesel and used the restrooms when I didn't have fuel to get to dunnigan. When I noticed customers using the registers again I started stopping more frequently and buying my dinner there however when I went in tonight I noticed the registers were closed again. I waited a few minutes and a friendly girl said she would check me out. I asked about the situation and she said there is a new store manager and things will be changing. I don't like self checkout and likely won't be buying in the store again which is inconvenient. Maverick across the street takes my fuel cars and has real customer service but I don't get fuel points there. I guess points will just be a sacrifice. Pilot please learn what customer service is and apply it in your newly remodeled store.
