- DMDawn McKinnontoday1.0They destroyed my car, and they finally got back to me after a month saying they won't fix because my car is older than 5 years. I will never spend my money there ever again! They did not make it right. Also, he said they checked the cameras and I had previously had damage there. THAT IS A BIG FAT LIE! THERE WAS NO DAMAGE Until I USED YOUR CAR WASH! Worst service I've ever had in my life!
- GNGerald Newman2 days ago5.0Tried the new Quick Quack facility at Hazel and Greenback. Lots of stalls to vacuum and finish your car with equipment that worked and free damp cloth towels to use as necessary. Staff was friendly and efficient and even had a chat with Cassandra who was maintaining the vacuum/cleaning area - sweet young woman.
- BCBrylle Carino3 days ago5.0Passed by this Quick Quack Car Wash location in Orangevale on the corner of Greenback Lane and Hazel Avenue earlier this morning. This is My first time going to this car wash, I've seen this place three times already while I was riding My mountain bike. I got in really quick and went through the car wash tunnel. I noticed one vehicle in front of me. Once I got My vehicle washed, I went to the vacuum right away and cleaned the vehicle with the green wash rags and vacuumed the inside of My Red 2019 RAV4 LE. The service was good.
- BBBuzz B.3 days ago5.0best car wash everrr!!! i luv how my car always looks after and going up to check in im always greeted by the greatest staff! the manager is always super helpful too! couldnt ask for a friendlier team or a shinier wash! u guys are ducking amazing!!!
- SHSean Hartsock6 days ago1.0Have been a member for over a decade or so, and the service has been up and down, some locations better than others. That said, the OV location caused major damage to my families car and they are fighting it. They are siting a car that we don't even have, getting caught up in their own lies and stumbling all over them selves. If you google the law suits against them for the same stuff it's staggering how stupid this company is and how often they play stupid games. Highly recommend doing your own research and coming to your own opinions, but sad to say that after being a member for 15 ish years, I'm done. Even the body shop next to them says they their business has increased since QQ opened due to all the damage their car wash causes. Management is a joke, their customer service is a joke. Plenty of info on how to file small claims against them and ensure they pay for the damage caused.
