How do I cancel my Quick Quack unlimited wash plan?
You can cancel your Quick Quack membership anytime by logging into your myQQ account or calling Customer Care at 888-772-2792. Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and no additional charges will occur after cancellation.
How does the Quick Quack Car Wash process work?
Our car wash is fast, clean, easy and convenient. A Team Member will greet you and guide you onto the conveyor. Once in position, shift into neutral, remove your foot from the brake and take your hands off the wheel. Your vehicle is safely and automatically pulled through multiple cleaning stagesâincluding eco-friendly soaps, rinses, shine and dryingâall in 3 minutes or less.
Will the car wash damage my vehicle?
No. Our innovative wash technology is safe and effective. We use gentle hand cut soft cloth wraps and pH-balanced soaps designed to protect your carâs finish while effectively removing dirt and grime. And our friendly Team Members are happy to assist you at anytime during your car wash experience.
Are there any vehicle or accessory restrictions?
Most standard vehicles can go through our wash, but we cannot accommodate the following: ⢠Vehicles taller than 7 feet 2 inches ⢠Tire widths over 13.5 inches ⢠Dually trucks ⢠Vehicles with bike racks or certain hitches ⢠Trucks with debris in the bed ⢠Vehicles with hardened mud ⢠Vehicles with storage pods or ladder racks If youâre unsure, our Team Members can inspect your vehicle for wash eligibility.
