  KYLE AND JOEL ARE THE BEST!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I genuinely cannot say enough good things about Kyle and Joel. From the second I got there, they completely went above and beyond and turned a normal experience into one I actually wanted to leave a review about. They were hilarious, welcoming, incredibly helpful, and had the kind of energy that instantly puts you in a good mood. The customer service was seriously 10/10. They were attentive without being overbearing, made sure everything was taken care of, and somehow managed to be professional while still making the whole interaction feel fun and personal. You can tell these two actually care about what they do and about the people they’re helping, which is rare. Whatever Kyle and Joel are getting paid, DOUBLE IT. They are an absolute dream team and the type of employees that make you want to come back specifically because you know they’re there. Kyle and Joel deserve employee of the month, year, decade ALL OF IT. Protect these men at all costs.

  Best one yet, left the least amount of soap on my vehicle. The charming man ryan, who runs this Sierra college quick quack, was completely amazing. He was attentive, he listened. He understood what I was saying. He's going to take up some issues with higher management. I told him I said I'm not giving them my credit card number. I think that's how they're making most of their money. Also I don't give them access to my checking account. I can pay cash and if they don't take cash. I'm not signing up, and that's a rule. I'm going with that a lot of identity theft, and I don't want it again. And I'm not going to expose myself to it. I won't use QR codes either. But I will leave a review here. The young man should definitely be promoted. He was polite friendly, not a jerk.He was really something

  We went through the car wash yesterday, and the car in front of us did not exit in time, causing the entire line of cars to stop. We remained in neutral while waiting for the wash to resume. An employee then began yelling at us, asking if we were still in neutral. When we said yes, she yelled at us to put the car in drive, go over the rollers, and leave the car wash. During this confusion, the truck behind us ended up bumping our brand-new car. The employees were extremely rude throughout the entire situation, and not once did anyone apologize or take responsibility. Instead, we were told they would review the footage to “see if it’s their fault.” Today, we received a call from another employee who was equally rude and told us, after reviewing the footage, that the incident was our fault. There were approximately 10 cars backed up inside the wash, and it was very clear that the employees were not properly trained to manage the situation when the wash stopped. This was an absolutely horrible experience. We canceled our membership because of how poorly the entire situation was handled. Not once did anyone apologize, show any concern about our brand-new vehicle being damaged, or make any effort to resolve the situation or retain our business. Very disappointing customer service and an experience we will not forget.

  Quick Quack has been a great car wash since it's beginning. But it's way overpriced for what it is. $24/mo for just the basic wash is rough, since it really just throws some soap & water on your car, and has the rollers randomly slap around your car. I'm usually not 100% satisfied with the wash, but it gets your car clean enough to avoid doing it at home. The vacuums are a really nice amenity, and very well maintained. Although today, the one I used actually scratched the inside plastic of my car. Overall, decent service with friendly people. Just too overpriced for me to commit to a membership.

  Hi Quick Quack Management, I’m really disappointed with my experience with my membership. I signed up for a membership at the Antelope location and have been using it regularly for the past few months without any issues. Recently, I tried to use my membership at another Quick Quack location in a different area, but I was told that I couldn’t go through the wash because I have roof racks on my car. What really confused me was that I asked the employee if the car washes at different locations were different, and I was told that they’re all the same. So I asked why I wasn’t able to use the wash if I already have an active membership. The only explanation I received was that they simply couldn’t let me go through because of the roof racks. This honestly doesn’t make much sense to me. I’m paying for a membership, and I expected to be able to use it at different Quick Quack locations. If there is a policy that prevents cars with roof racks from going through certain washes, I feel like this should be clearly communicated when signing up for a membership. I’ve been happy with Quick Quack until now, but this experience has been very frustrating. I would really appreciate it if someone could explain why I’m paying for a membership that I apparently can’t use at other locations and whether there is a way for members with roof racks to use their membership at other locations. I hope you can clarify this and help resolve the issue. Thank you.
