  I had a great experience getting my oil change here. The staff was friendly, professional, and worked quickly without making me feel rushed. They explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy. I really appreciated their honesty and excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service!

  The whole team ran so cohesively. They did a great job communicating and ensuring I was getting everything covered. I can’t say I remember their names, but there were two gals that pretty much handled my service and they were amazing. I also appreciate that the company equipped them with water backpacks while they’re out working. That alone will make me a returning customer.

  Brooke and Cesar helped me today when I went in for an oil change. Everyone is super friendly and shout out to the whole team because they’re always so fast. Brooke went above and beyond though to explain to me how important changing your transmission fluid is and convinced me to do so with no judgment and no sales pressure. This team makes getting an oil change so easy.

  Truly the best place to get your oil changed. I have continually received bad service at Toyota dealerships the past two years, but coming to this location and having Shah and Evelyn work on our oil change truly a game changer. People say Gen Z don’t want to work but I ensure you both of these two workers do and will continue to strive for excellent customer service. If you need an oil change please ask for both of them to work on your oil change!!

  I’m a big fan of this Valovoline. They give recommendations like every shop but unless it’s something dire they don’t push you to do anything right away. For example, I came in six months ago and they showed my battery was in the yellow and showing its age. I put it off and they were cool with it. Today I came back in for another oil and showed the battery is worse than last time. Got the replacement this time and felt comfortable with their advice. Plus the battery comes with labor and a 3 year warranty which their warranty is awesome because they check the entire car every time I get my oil changed. If it’s not working right they’ll know. Good stuff at Valovoline in Orange.
