  It had to be one the busiest days. About more than 7 cars left right in front of me before they were about to be serviced! It was a brutal hot day but Bryan and Alan didn’t seemed phased and helped me out. Good things come to those who wait! They added a small discount for waiting! Nonetheless, phenomenal hustle from the whole crew and thanks to them for the service they provide our city!

  I had a great experience at Valvoline! Everyone was professional, friendly, and efficient from start to finish. They made the oil change process quick and easy, checked my battery, and even topped off my windshield wiper fluid. I really appreciated how thorough and attentive the team was. Excellent customer service all around — thank you guys!

  Amazing experience here at Valvoline!!! Great, fast quality service, and customer service is amazing!! Jameson and Alan were amazing top floor techs, and their under car techs were great as well!! Didn’t feel pressures into doing any more than what I came for, but recommendations given to look out for the longevity of my car were appreciated!! 10/10 service and will continue to be a returning customer!!!

  I have been coming to the Valvoline on Chapman in Prospect for more than a decade and will never go anywhere else while I live in Orange County County. Even when I got a new car, I didn’t even bother to take it back to the dealership for maintenance. There is no need to do so Wendy’s folks are so quick, kind, knowledgeable, and fairly priced. I’d like to personally thank every attendant who has ever worked on any of my vehicle vehicles. You guys are the best!

  All tires were over inflated. 20 miles after the service, TPMS turned on. I pulled over and checked the pressures. Left side tires were 56 psi and right side were 40 psi. I was able to reset the pressures to factory specs, 33 psi front, 32 psi rear. I returned to the service center the next day and spoke with the manager on duty. He apologized and blamed new digital equipment. He did not offer to recheck the tire pressure. I was thoroughly dissatisfied with his response. This could have turned into an accident and/or injury and your manager did not care. By the way, your receipt shows pressures set to factory specs. I will not return to Valvoline.
