  This is a story about customer service. The good, the bad and the forgetful. I arrived without an appointment and said I wanted an oil change. The young man at the counter checked the workload and said it would be about 45 minutes before they could get to my car. Okay, no problem. They got it done quicker than expected and the price was great. (Good) I had a voice in my head saying "Check under the hood" but I went across the street to wash my car. Finished with that, I heard the voice again "check under the hood". I lifted the hood and immediately saw that my master cylinder cap was missing. I drove back to the shop and the older gentleman was at the counter, entering some information into the computer. Did he say "I'll be right with you" or stop what he was doing and say "How can I help you?" No (Bad customer service) When he was done, I told him the cap was missing and who worked on my car. He walked into the shop and hollered to the guy who did the job. The technician walked out to my car and I explained that I had just driven to the car wash and back again. I said I looked for the cap with no luck. He checked his tool box and said it wasn't there. We both started looking in the engine compartment and he found it quickly. He put it back on and went back to work. Did he apologize for the error and reassure me that it wouldn't happen again? No. (Forgetful) I'm sure he is a very competent technician and I'm glad he found the cap quickly, but there needs to be a collective education in customer service. Will I return to this store? Probably, because I believe this was a one-time event and I liked the quick service.

  Rick has great customer service skills and technical skills ☆ I had an emergency with my tires and he took care of me! I felt the need to edit this review; My husband told me this morning that Rick might have saved my life; I had my best friend that has Alzheimer in the car and we were going on a long trip, Rick checked all my tires and perhaps saved our lives by checking ✔️ all my tires! Thank you, Rick!

  I’ve been here twice now for tire stuff on a hot rod I have, so when I walk up to the counter I know I’ll consume more time than most customers. Both times service was top notch and the staff is eager to help and super friendly. I met Rick today and he greeted me with a warm friendly smile and made me feel welcome. He knew his stuff and helped me go over some tire options, offered suggestions, and answered any questions I had. It’s hard to find great customer service these days, but you’ll certainly find it here. They truly care and it shows.

  I had a great experience here getting all four of my tires mounted and balanced. Rick helped me both over the phone and in person, and he was professional, honest, and a man of his word. I had gone to another tire shop earlier in the morning and was told they could help me right away because I was on a tight schedule. After handing over my keys, I was then told it would take around three hours, which was frustrating. Rick told me he would be able to help me quickly, and he followed through exactly as promised. The service was fast, the pricing was very reasonable, and the shop itself was clean, nice, and well-presented. I really appreciated the honesty and professionalism. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone needing tire service.
