  I've been taking my Mercedes cars here for decades, and am always pleased with not only the prices but also the customer service. They are continously lower priced than the dealership for their services, very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I know I can always count on them to do the right diagnosis, have a fair price, and not try to sell me a service that isn't required. Would definitely recommend.

  Today one of Matt’s (the owner) mechanics replaced the battery in my car. First he told me that my car would never start showing 9.5 volts, but it did, it started right up. After the battery was installed and he was closing things up in the back seat, I said the battery terminal is corroded. He said never mind, it doesn’t matter, I said yes it does matter, so upon my insistence he cleaned off the corrosion. Then he snapped back on an orange plastic tag that came with the old battery and of course it had the old date, so I asked him to please correct the date. He didn’t want to do that either. Sloppy, sloppy work. The same idiot also was unable to replace a side view mirror and on my third trip back because the mirror kept falling off, someone else fixed it, the first guy didn’t connect all of the pins. In addition, he appears to be drugged up, can’t prove it, he appears. The goofy look on his face, his lack of attention and focus, then his obvious lies to cover his sloppy work. I will never go back there again.

  Scared of dealership costs then bring your Benz to Hi Line. I purchase a used CL600 from an owner and reviewing the service records I could see the car was serviced by Hi Line. So I made an appt to have a oil change, trans fluid changes and noise issue resolved. The bays are clean and organized which says a lot about a business. Justin called me with an estimate and car was ready the next day all needs taken care of. The price is always high to maintain a MB compared to most cars, however Hi Line has been fair in the costs to me compared to a dealership, no complaints
