  I had Hi Line take care of all my tune ups and any problems with my 350 ml. They were always courteous and professional. They did an excellent job in a timely manner at a reasonable price. I would never go anywhere else and would highly recommend them. Thank you Hi Line!!!

  Too expensive he charges more than the Mercedes dealership. When you schedule to drop your vehicle off it sits there for a week and you have to call him constantly to see if it is finished because he will never call you for an update.

  Today one of Matt’s (the owner) mechanics replaced the battery in my car. First he told me that my car would never start showing 9.5 volts, but it did, it started right up. After the battery was installed and he was closing things up in the back seat, I said the battery terminal is corroded. He said never mind, it doesn’t matter, I said yes it does matter, so upon my insistence he cleaned off the corrosion. Then he snapped back on an orange plastic tag that came with the old battery and of course it had the old date, so I asked him to please correct the date. He didn’t want to do that either. Sloppy, sloppy work. The same idiot also was unable to replace a side view mirror and on my third trip back because the mirror kept falling off, someone else fixed it, the first guy didn’t connect all of the pins. In addition, he appears to be drugged up, can’t prove it, he appears. The goofy look on his face, his lack of attention and focus, then his obvious lies to cover his sloppy work. I will never go back there again.
