Absolutely Terrible Experience
Absolutely unacceptable customer service at Enterprise Truck Rental.
I was standing in line at around 11:30 AM waiting to be helped while the front-desk employee was casually talking, joking, and discussing personal matters instead of taking care of customers who were waiting. After standing there long enough, I finally asked him to assist me, and instead of apologizing or helping, he rudely told me to wait for my turn.
I stepped outside for a moment and came back at around 12:05 PM, only to be told that they were closed and that he couldn’t do anything for me. What made it even worse was the attitude he had—he seemed almost happy to tell me that I was out of luck.
Because of this completely unprofessional behavior, I wasted a huge amount of time and had to cancel the entire job I rented the truck for. This cost me time, money, and a job that I could have completed if the staff had simply done their job and treated customers with basic respect.
I have never experienced customer service this careless and disrespectful from a major rental company. If you value your time and your business, I strongly recommend going somewhere else.
I will NEVER come back to this location. Absolutely horrible experience.

The Orange location is staffed by very competent manager, Jackie and has good support behind her in Tyler. When I ran into a small issue with my Rental they both supported me and went above and beyond to make my rental experience a pleasant one to keep bringing me back to Enterprise team.

Super helpful and knowledgeable staff. Great truck selection too.
I had a very disappointing experience with Enterprise Truck Rental. I reserved a one-way truck rental, but when I picked it up, I was charged additional fees for the one-way trip even though that was part of my original reservation. The final bill was much higher than expected, and I don’t believe the extra charges were justified.
To make matters worse, the truck itself was in poor condition and did not perform well during my move. I expected a reliable vehicle, but instead I ended up with a truck that added unnecessary stress to the trip.
Customer service was equally disappointing. The receptionist I spoke with over the phone was rude, unprofessional, and showed no interest in addressing my concerns. Instead of helping resolve the issue, I was left feeling ignored and frustrated.
Overall, this was one of the worst truck rental experiences I’ve had. Between the unexpected charges, the poor-quality truck, and the lack of professional customer service, I would not recommend Enterprise Truck Rental to anyone. There are far better rental companies that value their customers and honor their reservations.
